Help with a Kanji

Please see attached image (text bubble)

From what I gather I can make out:
こんな年下のゲス野郎に何か弱みを握られ？されていたのですね！

What is the "?" kanji.
I have search for over an hour, after sifting through a bunch of radicals I'm about to lose my mind. I apologize for the quality of the image, it's probably the reason I can't determine the radicals properly. I bet someone can guess from context, though.

Looks like 脅, おびえ for panic, afraid. Same kanji for おどかし threat, (the verb form being おどかす to threaten).

So this little shit here found something out about you and you're being threatened/ coerced / blackmailed, eh!

Er, I tried to keep the translation as literal as possible, so it doesn't sound very natural, but I think the meaning gets accross.

脅

The core meaning is "threaten"
The onyomi is "kyou"
The kunyomi are "odosu", "odokasu" and "obiyakasu". In this case, the reading is "odosu", and it means basically to intimidate someone.

The radicals are probably "triple chikara" and "tsuki"...

I'm not very what you would call....fluent....in Japanese, but I've seen that second character quite a bit. It's village if I'm not mistaken. Which I could be.

I've heard of Oumura before, but different kanji.

I figured it may be hitoshihitsuku.

"Shoumou ga hageshii"
"Extremely exhausted" is what I think it means from a quick glance.

澳村

It looks like Japanese family name, but I don't think such name really exists, and only used in fictions.

While 奥村 (okumura) is a popular family name in Japan, the kanji "澳" is a kanji which is not popular at all.
(There are thousands of kanjis, but nobody knows all kanjis, and average Japanese are taught only thousand or so kanjis at school.)

A kanji dictionary tell me this "澳" formaly reads "iku" or "ou", but many Japanese people would read it "oku", associating it with the kanji "奥"。
This kind of inference is a major tactics Japanese uses when reading unknown kanji.
So, if it is used in a novel or manga or something, the author must have intended it to be read "okumura" I guess.

It's some kind of belief in Asia (originated from China, I think . . . >_<") that you can send things to your decreased ancestors or anyone who's already dead by burning things to them. I don't really know how to explain it in English, but . . . something along that line. It's just an Eastern culture thing . . . >_<"
