Last time Embalming was also scheduled to resume early and the spin off took nearly a year to end.
But then this time we can read the 前後編 that implies it will only be for two months.
Let's see if Watsuki is capable of making something good, or at least something not terrible.

Embalming is solid. Not the best, but easily better than, say, Gun Blaze West or RuroKen Restoration. Which isn't saying much, but my point is Embalming is fine. I'd rather have it than more awful ruroken comics, but I'm ready to be surprised by the Shishio spin-off

I never said Embalming was bad. I haven't even read it. The point was that Cinema-ban was terrible IMO.
On a side note, Busou Renkin was only ok.

I'd say it was more than okay, but that's mostly down to its versatility as a comic for both long-time readers and newbies.

Yeah, but it wasn't ever announced in the magazine itself. All he'd announced was that he was working on a spinoff, not when it would start or even what magazine it would be in.

Great calendar. Although I'm not a fan of Blue Exorcist, I can say that Kazue Kato draws very well. Besides that, Sousei no Onmyouji and Te to Kuchi drawings are nice as well. Kono Oto Tomare is a series that catch my attention whenever I see its art, I plan to read it soon, this curiosity is killing me already. xD

The BLue Exorcist one is the most photogenic one of the bunch, while the Twin Star Exorcists seems a bit deceptive, I never remember Benio never not looking angry or agitated. But it is a nice one for her character.
