They won't work as long as Muzan's will is stronger than Tanjiro's. If Tanjiro takes control even for an instant the drug will kick in for a few seconds and that'll be the chance they need to kill him since his demon powers and regeneration will be suppressed. It'll be much like how Uryu Ishida pierced Juha Bach with that silver arrowhead and Ichigo killed him during that single vulnerable moment.

The remedy did work, so much so that it was the one that caused the most damage to Muzan was this remedy.

Right, I’m getting Obito getting control of the Juubi vibes with that panel.

But I feel like Muzan got a heavily modified version of the cure. Cause Nezuko didn’t have to go through all of that. So maybe Shinobu gave Kanao the same cure they gave Nezuko.

From the spoiler, what Shinobu gave Kanao is not the same thing as what Tamayo made. Basically while working with Tamayo Shinobu also try to make some prototype medicine from the Wisteria flower but deem it unneeded to be use since Tamayo already made better versions. SHe know she gonna die so she gave it to Kanao incase Tamayo stuff doesn't work.

She did but it gonna took awhile to take effect like with Nezuko.

Kanao will not die with the blow, it was a harmless attack, but I think she goes blind.

I think that too , but if I recall well when she lost her first eye against Douma she said that she wasn’t able to see but not completely.

Yeah I checked and she says “ She can barely see with her right eye “ so she may no go full blind and since in the Taisho period in Japan glasses already existed ...

So Tanjirou goes Tailed Beast Mode and almost unleashed a Bijuu Dama. And it seems like he has all of Muzan’s abilities to boot. Whip-like extensions, the ability to burst out lightning, and that wind move Muzan used to blow the rest of the Demon Slayers and Tanjirou’s arm off him.

By the looks of it, he’s also retained some of his humanity since he didn’t just kill Nezuko. If it wasn’t for Inosuke and Zenitsu, Nezuko would have pulled the Talk no Jutsu on him easier. The little bit of harming her he did seems to be his attempt to remove her from him. Maybe he went on a rampage cause he’s trying to protect her? Idk. What do you guys think?

Aside from that, though. Did he kill Kanao? Seems like once he struck her down and she gave him the cure, it kicked in pretty quick, cause he looks terrified, and sad. Like he immediately realized what he did. Makes me wonder if he’s gonna heal everyone by turning them into Demons. It might work if that happens. He’s conquered the sun, and everyone might turn into a human again since the cure would be coursing through his veins. Plus, there might be a possibility none of them would be rabid, since he seems to have gotten control of himself.

That would be the lamest ending, if the cure works that quick and everything will end up fine.

there might be demons stronger than the muzan in the story,because somebody turned the muzan into a devil, I think it's not demon king muzan ,
muzan has abilities like killing and cursing demons now they think that muzan is dead,I think some super evil demons will appear,
tanjiro will become a demon that eats demons

Sanemi's mother also killed her children not of her own free will.
