Like someone say, I started this manga con Tanjiro and Nezuko and I would liked to ending with them, not with his (copys) descendants which I have no connection.
Why Inosuke's descendant is alone?
He descovered the spider lily flower even thouth many people probably know it? I mean, the old woman from the inn after the house when they meet Inosuke the first time know the demons slayer coops so she and all the workers in there should know it to. The black guys with mask (I don't remember their names sorry XD) work for the ubashiki family, they made a pact to not talk about them?
Yushiro live obsessed con Tamayo, we even didn't see his face.
I don't like the reincarnation thing because we already have demon slayer school, I have the feeling that I'm reading another manga. That's and one the other reasons that make me love this manga is gotouge's ability for killing is characters no matter how important they are (excluding tanjiro and coo), seeing all alive make me feel it was for nothing, "ok let's kill this one but don't worry we will see him alive in the future".
This is what I thought (and trying to write it with my terrible english) about the finale. I hope this doesn't upset anyone.

Okay did this chapter confirm Tanjiro and Kanao descendants are Kanata and Sumihiko or are we just speculating. How about Zenitsu and Nezuko descendants

well, we only need some common sense to know that they are the descendants. i mean like there’s no way Zenitsu boned some random girl then 100 years later Nezuko look-alike pops out as his descendant. It’s literally written that her last name is Agatsuma...

Show him interact with his Sister for more than a couple pages. Show a happy ending for the sibling with their family not some future lineage.

Tanjiro's goal was reached but like the goal felt pointless since we barely saw them interact. Shed a few tears and go lived in their old house and that's the ending to their story? His goal should be a stepping stone to something greater and we should see that something greater not flashforward passed it. I guess a better example would be Ichigo from Bleach. It's like skipping seeing him at his happiest and fully living as an adult for a future lineage and reincarnated friends that we don't care for lol.

I mean it's pretty hard to not interpret that as reincarnation. I just don't like it.

All the other series you’re comparing this too with “what if _______ did this taking time skip with reincarnations” are series that aren’t filled with despair, darkness, and a high rate of killing off the hero characters.

A happy ending works for a dark Shonen like this because, imo, it makes me feel like all of the death and despair was worth it all in the end. I think we already saw the main character’s stories to their completion. I don’t need to see tanjirou and kanao get married. I don’t need to see Zenitsu and Nezuko get together. I’m left to interpret that everything for them ended up fine and they spent the rest of their lives happy.

What this chapter shows me is that after spending centuries fighting and trying to survive against demons, now everything is okay. Tanjirou and friends fought for a peaceful and safe future. Whether or not these are reincarnation or descendants doesn’t matter.
If they’re reincarnations, than our characters are finally living in a happy time period where they don’t have to struggle for survival. If this their descendants, than they created a future where their descendants will never have to experience or even know about the horror of demons

yeah, the only feat that Tanjiro did using the 13th form was to stall Muzan long enough for Iguro’s return on the battlefield. I was kind hoping Tanjiro would use the 13th form again when he finishes off baby Muzan.

Unpopular opinion but I have to admit and honest I don t really like this ending despite my ship comes true. I am only subpar please. But I just say Gotouge did well for this series for someone who write their first series.

Considering the fact that they did add some extra scenes in the Anime, it’s possible they may expand the ending. But not sure tho on the alternate ending.
