We don't have canned anchovies here, so they don't use it. We have the fresh fish, but i never saw them using fresh fish.

You are the first person out of Brazil that told me that you saw/ate meat or chicken as topping.

the default topping for pizza is pepperoni :blink

There's sausage, bacon, canadian bacon, ground beef, chicken, porketta, ham, capicollo...and many many more.

No...the mushroom-vagina made me puke.

Pizza with eggs doesn't turn me off, it's just not something that common.

Ricotta is gooooood on a white pizza. Brazilian ricotta must taste like nothing. A good ricotta is slightly sweet. Some people even add sugar to it, especially when it's used in ravioli.

If you want an intense flavored pizza, bresaola with FRESH mozzarella and parmesan. Super rich.
