well what im saying here, is that it's kinda easy to end it at this point. If ippo ended after the lost against Date, u would say it's a drama manly ending. i said it's lazy cuz everybody can do that. when i was reading Slam dunk, i was hoping that the author will show us the ascension of the protagonist little by little in the world of basket, even thought he lost.Lazy ending? A manly ending, instead of dragging it Inoue ended just at right time. At it's high point, as drama reached it's peak. It also stayed realistic, not like in real life someone who just started basket will become japanese champion.
To try a portuguese pun '-'Yeah it is definitely a lot different compare to you Brazilians, but it is understandable.

Bit if he had continued that would end happeningLazy ending? A manly ending, instead of dragging it Inoue ended just at right time. At it's high point, as drama reached it's peak. It also stayed realistic, not like in real life someone who just started basket will become japanese champion.

Pun ?

Alright, then I'll add your vote manually.I cleaned, everything, but no. Still tells me I have already voted. Weird
No the layout is all messed too, gotta customize it again.
that's also right. sometimes the author just wanna stop to write a new stuff. that's also what akira toriyama did.I agree Ippo has been great in keeping up the level of interest. Inoue might have failed, it is not easy to make story that essentially goes in cycles (Well not really, but you undestand, fight, train, fight, so on). I also think the tone of the stories is just different. Slam Dunk was meant to end, Ippo not so. I also got the feeling, that Inoue didn't want to do it anymore. He was getting annoyed how published as shonen limited his possibilities. Later in REAL he got to move more to the personal level of drama that can come with sports. He got to do something he liked to do. He didn't want to make Slam Dunk anymore, so he quit, ending the story how he wanted it to end. That is manly.

Ainda bemAté que não ficou O.O
