Wendy, who is the closest to Lucy's level out of anyone in team Natsu, is still weaker than Bluenote.

Lucy was able to destroy a golem that tanked Gajeel's attacks and knocked him to the floor. DF Wendy while half dead oneshotted a 9D faster than Tartarus Laxus and tanked several hits from DF Nebal. Stardress >= DF Wendy. Not to mention current Lucy MP >>>> Pre-skip Laxus' MP. Current Lucy stomps. She can wipe the floor with both versions at the same time.

Even x791 Lucy is already stronger than x784 Laxus. She tanked Amateratsu 28 to the face and fought off 3 9Ds at the same time and oneshotted a 9D that gave x791 Natsu a high diff fight.

Laxus for both rounds. I wanted to vote for Lucy and I believe she can defeat the past version of Laxus(the Tenrou one,atleast). However,I was always putting Laxus at the 2nd strongest next to Gildarts since the beginning. He also has consistent strong feats. Even though these ate past Laxus,I just can't imagine Lucy fighting him nor defeating him. I think I'm a Lucy fan more than a Laxus fan. Laxus' feats blinded me to even vote for Lucy. Maybe I'm whipped.lol.

It would be interesting to see, the 2 have one of the 3 great fairy magic.

I think Laxus wins, but not with the ease that the guys in this forum think, Lucy is quite strong, she has shown it in this sequel, she can recite Gottfried by herself, she can create erza water clones, she has the fairy sphere, she has a decent BIQ and you can't do any deadly attack on it. She has enough to endure a medium or long duration fight with Laxus
