Mafia couldn't tell that the Noble would save them. If anything, this proves that they can't be mafia. But I do agree with you that it's pretty fishy that they're not hinting/claiming more at this point. Could be TP from what I know.

Hardy could as much be Doc as you can be anything. I‘d have preferred a tie for more hours, and as long as other pesky councilmen won‘t vote to kill the tie system I‘ll try and make use of that.

Honestly you should be happy. Mafia Politician was used so that confirms you‘re not mafia. That‘s enough for me to never lynch you(unless we suspect TPs after all mafia are dead) even if you never claim a role. This is a win in my book.

Oh it was very fortuitous how the situation ended up, mysterious Noble MVP for sure. It's the process of "Let's try to force a tie in the last two minutes" that I have issues with, and the main reason people wanted extensions gone for good. But we can digress about that after the game.

The more I think about this the less it makes sense. Hardy had vote majority, why not just use Politician on Hardy, this totally still puts Lambu in a bad light. But instead they used it to add a vote to Lambu. This just has to be a way to save Hardyes who is mafia. Could even be Hardyes themselves who used it.

As to why its unlikely, because if Hardyes really is a doctor there's absolutely no reason to not let them die unless they are the Mafia Politician's lover or the the MP is Panda level iq and its pushing town's brains to the extreme.
