It's still OP. It messes up with Doctors so that they have a hard time seeing if they are sane or insane.
Doctor A tries to protect player B. Strongman interrupts and kills B. A thinks he's an insane doctor and there is no way he will think otherwise again, until the Strongman dies.

But if the strongman uses his ability, wont he be turned into a normal mafia? So when he dies he will show as normal mafia or strongman?

If it was a multiple usage ability, then it would be more than OP. The way it is, it's still strong.
With a well-timed play, of course, so, it's not easy to play masterfully.

Strongman is OP? Depends on the contexts ... so not OP at all. Might be a good ability, used on the right timing ... but not game changing in anyway, specially when everyone can predict that it was used, if someone goes differently. It would be op if townies didn't know about it, but since they do ... it's just ok.

Well, it depends on how you view a role to be OP. To me, there are a lot of roles that are around this level and only one I'd find above is Serial Killer, who has no ties to any other player, making him extremely difficult to spot.

one shot or not, it can be pretty OP'd, but so can all roles with proper timing or usage.

And making it hard to win. There are a lot of roles that are strong but its also the job of the host to balance out the game and the job of the players to know the possibilities. So I dont think it is overpowered especially as its a one off power. If anything I think its a good mafia balance to the vigilante killer.

Hmm, when Mafia Strongman pretty much knows who to kill, it's easy to use the role on the right target ... on the other hand Vigiliant uses it more "blindly".
But don't forget Vigilant is an extra day kill ... while Strongman isn't an extra kill.
