After a rather slow and unproductive day, it seems as if most of the creators are not feeling fully at home yet in this new and definitely better environment. It took some time to convince HR to not just fire everyone for being lazy and wasting time but studies have shown that the best motivation for any worker is the imminent threat of death cancellation.

Due to various complaints about nudity in Hajime Isayama’s (@Shad) work, the publication's cancellation has been a topic various times but the nudity was often less offensive due to the “abstract” art style which meant that no one really understood what that was supposed to be anyway.

Ironically recent improvements in Mr. Hajime “naked giants everywhere” Isayama’s art style also meant that censorship boards attacked OMO Jump more aggressively. Thus, the contract is being terminated immediately and the walk of shame with all of his belongings will commence right away. @Evil3ye and the HR department set apart some budget to buy rotten tomatoes. Please make good use of them and don’t forget:

OMO Weekly Rankings - Company Privileges

At the start of every night phase, Mafia Jump opens up popularity polls for OMO Weekly Magazine. All Mangaka are expected to participate.
Every night, all mangaka may vote for their favorite 3 (three) colleagues. They cannot vote for themselves. Voting is mandatory.
The polling lasts the whole night and results will be published every day. The poll resets daily.
The most popular mangaka will enjoy certain privileges based on their ranking.
In the case of a tie, the placings will be randomized by the hosts.
Privileges last from 'result to result', so till the new results are in.

Popularity poll voting is unaffected by role powers or effects [NVD, illusions, Restless Spirit, etc..]


Rank 1 - Hiatus
Corporate has acknowledged your immense skill and popularity and has decided to take you seriously as an asset. That starts by opening up that doctors report. Or more like 'file'. By Krishna, Christ and the Cow, what have you been doing to yourself?!! I know crack addicts who are in better condition than you are. Best you take a break. An extended leave. A hiatus, if you will. Effect: This Mangaka cannot be voted for during the next popularity contest because of health reasons!
Immunity: This Mangaka cannot be targeted by priority 1, 2 and 3 night-actions. Additionally, day roles/effects/powers except for lynching are negated as well. After all, if the author isn't here, they can't be cancelled. Easy peasy corporate squeezy.

Wow did you see? That Big 3 manga did a colour spread the other day!! Damn, they're really keeping up with the other two, huh? I mean, they're nowhere near as good but the art is decent? Oh, and I hear the fans are rabid as well! Like, they only consume Rank 3 manga but they abhor everything and everyone else. Such a repulsive fandom. Nice art though, I love the shading. Is that grisaille?

NIGHT 1 END

It sure seems like some of you are night owls which means production never stops. Is it harsh? Maybe. Is sleep deprivation dangerous for your health? There is no scientific consensus on such a thing. Our company health care plan covers 2 liters of coffee per day and one Yahoo Answers consultation through their medical staff. Unfortunately, the pressure of a night shift is not for everyone.

Our supervising team wanted to check on Kaoru Mori’s (@Erinyes) progress on a dress she was working on since the day shift began when they found her fast asleep with a coffee mug in her hand. Even playing Shinzo Wo Sasageyo performed by one of our outsourced employees (@Farfalla) on full volume could not wake her up. We considered the possibility of foul play but we checked the records and this was already the 14th mug she consumed totaling 2.1 liters. Falling asleep while on the job and being such a heavy financial burden have pushed the Board to the decision of terminating the contract immediately.

I think they most likely went for her because or the recaps? Could be because she targeted a Mafia but in this case there would be another death probably.

Although a Doctor/Prostitute save can't be ignored obviously.

My initial thought was also that they could've targeted her because of the recaps, she certainly was a bit more on the town side of things in my book. But, I think given she was Pirate it's more likely than not that she could've targeted a Mafia player and died that way, while Mafia went for a kill on someone and it failed. Mafia Poisoner is a possibility I wouldn't rule out yet either.

Mhm, yeah that’s seems possible. Perhaps mafia was blocked, or someone very lucky got saved.
My take on this is a bit more simple, though. I think mafia took Erins’ hint as something threatening to them and decided to take her out. But let’s not rule anything out yet indeed
