I cannot believe 10 was the Godfather Theme. I didn't even think of that, or close. I went through several westerns and got sidetracked listening to Ennio Morricone...

I'm not familiar with Tokyo Ghoul, so there is no chance I've could have got it. The versions are very different, but after listening the original a couple of times, I can hear the the guitar seizure of the original in the orchestral version. I understand the rage though, that definetly not easy to pick

Yeah but then my challenge point stands .-. I'm not fighting against criticism imo, Ive made some changes from game 1 to game 2 to make the whole thing more fair, but I dunno what practical change to take from this one ^^'

Oh I didn't mean to critisize. I thought it was a very good questions. Just hard one.

I think like Farfalla said, if 5/7 got it, then it's probably good enough. Only task 2 and 3 were easier judging from the scores

We all know Tokyo Ghoul, it's more that nobody could even slightly recognize it.
Don't get me wrong, a majority of people found it so that's all the evidence you need to say you didn't make a mistake or picked a terrible soundtrack. But I'm really confused by that and how anyone even recongized it. Ust said you need some guitar knowledge to notice the similarity, and even then you'd need to compare it to the right song. Even after listening to it several times I still don't hear anything to resemble the opening, so maybe it's just me? But then again nobody from my group recognized it either, not even Vandred.

Though I love how hardy chills in the background while Farfs deals with the public relations

I can only guess they had already listened to that same remix. Actually, if anyone from the five teams would like to ease my frustration, feel free to confirm whether that was the case or not

There's only the piano-turned-to-violin part that's even remotely familiar, and it's played twice longer than in the original... And then the final part is just nothing alike. I stand by my original point:

Hardy endures my frustrated comments alone '-' he's doing his share.

I rly don't know what else to say in this matter. I personally believe that not going deep into the details but just listening to something almost as a background sound is a better way to trigger memory references. But again, that's maybe personal.

Like Ust I had no chance of getting Tokyo Ghoul. I've read the first like 70 chapters or so of the first series, but never seen so much as a second of the anime, not to mention heard the song. Makes it so much easier to fail when you know you didn't stand a chance.
