That's what I thought too. They shouldn't have just peed their pants like that when Juliet herself mocks other Spriggans and for them to be scared sh!tless of anything lower than S12 level MP would be kind of doubtful imo.
Amen to that! I supposed you are referring to Chapter 486 (http://www.mangareader.net/fairy-tail/486/7) when Juliet unabashedly claim that sending Heine and her to the battlefield, on top of Larcade and Bradman, would be "overkill".
I couldn't agree more. Mirajane is definitely underrated and the reason is pretty clear. Everyone has their favorite character and every single person wants their character to be the strongest. I'm not saying this applies to all users as I've seen some assess power rankings with an unbiased and logical approach. However, the majority of the fanbase has neglected this at one time or another causing a skew in actual power rankings.Occasionally I've seen people who doubt about Mirajane's power level being high tier worthy. After Mirajane showed us new feats during her fight against Hynhe and Juliet, with the emphasis on her new Take-Over, I keep wondering why people still rate her below the leagues of Erza, Gajeel and even Kagura. At some point I can understand this point of view since Macro could be seen as a NLF and Alegria Soul is pretty featless up to now, but as for the latter I must say this is not quite true. I won't deny that Mirajane Alergia didn't show much offensive feats, but I don't think that really matters in determining her power level. Why? Because her magic power already showed us a good picture of her true power.
So as you see right here, it's shown and stated by Hynhe that Alegria Mirajane's magic power evaporated the sea. Up to now no one, even not the stronger tiers of the Spriggan Twelve, showed us such a huge rate of magic power. We've seen other mages being impressed by the pressure of it, and some mages as Dimaria and Irene showed us their magic power had effect on the area around them, but no one up to now showed us a rate of magic power that was superior to Alegria Mirajane. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Alegria Mirajane could solo every Spriggan just because her high amount of magic power since it's not the only deciding factor in a battle, but I do see magic power as the most important feat when it comes to power ranking, just because it shows off the power of a mage.
So what I'm basically trying to say here, is that Mirajane is massively underrated. Fact is, up to now no human mage in Ishgar nor Alvarez showed us a higher magic power rate as she did. As I stated earlier in this post, I'm not saying Mirajane > every mage of Ishgar or Alvarez. But if we'd only use magic power as the factor to decide power rankings, which isn't far from being logical, then we could assume that Alegria Mirajane > every mage of Ishgar or Alvarez. Am I saying Mirajane could have the potential to take on all of the strongest human wizards, which are the Spriggans? No, there is only one reason to explain why not:
She can't keep on using this form for longer than a minute.

Mirajane DID NOT evaporate an entire SEA - she was just drying/moving away water from the coast according to the panels that we saw. As you see here, their magic power could only been witnessed due to the pressure. Mirajane showed us a magic power level that was even above them, judging by the effect it had on the area. Like I said before, Alegria Mirajane should be above the leagues of August and Irene IF we take magic power as the major factor in power rankings. But I'd like to address you that I'm absolutely NOT saying that Mirajane > August or Irene. Fact is, Mirajane can only use her Alegria Soul for a very small amount of time. She could never defeat them within the time she can use it, but I'm pretty sure she could overpower them in the time she does use it, something Natsu or Erza never would be able to.
That's impossible though. Light magic is a magic, not a curse which is what the demons use. And the moon is not related to light in any aspect, it just reflects off the light of the sun. Not to mention, Seilah may have had that title but we already know her curse power was Macro aka body control, something which doesn't relate to her title at all. So if Mirajane does end up using light magic because of Seilah Form which is totally not related, I will call bs and asspull.
