Elfman had an advantage against Ajeel and even with that Ajeel would have one-shotted him if Lisanna didn't save him.. Mirajane has no feats who suggers here to win against Ajeel. Ajeel was able to give a high-diff to Erza, and that's enough to put him above Mirajane.
It was back in X792 and Erza is now far stronger.

Mira herself said she didn't improved in 100yq. Mira has no feats who put her above Alvarez Erza. Mira strongest form could be a problem for Ajeel, but she has no feats with it.
