I don’t see how you’re seeing an optimal condition Mirajane when she was fighting in base for 95% of the fight due to exhaustion. She wasn’t using most of her power either, not sure where you got that from.

She was not exhausted till the climax of the battle, unless you can show her actually exhausted, breathing heavily in the beginning, you do realize that she can fight without Satan Soul right? And it is known that she burns through lots of magic in SS forms, Besides that she struggled against weaker enemies like Irene’s squad, the fact that Jacob massively nerfed himself is proof of that.

Well the fact that they don’t wave their hands around to indicate they use crash or gravity from a distance and just punches Would be a strong source of evidence.

that was a known spell, not just infusing magic power to increase one's strength, which is basically a massive explosion.

He’s still just punching him, also mages don’t always need to say their spells to use them
Natsu for example can turn parts of his body into flames so he can do more damage

That's not a normal punch tho, that is a spell that creates a heat base explosion on contact, usually they do, unless Bluenote has crash too and no one knew, for Natsu, it's damage via heat base.

why can’t Bluenote use his own magic while punching someone, I was just giving an example of someone that can use magic to make their melee attacks stronger But Let’s say you’re right unlike Mirajane Gildarts nor Bluenote need to change their forms to do stronger attacks unless she can do as much damage in her human form as her SS one

Because that is not really how we have seen him use Gravity magic before, the difference is that it is a known spell with actual affects behind it Such as a thermal explosion instead of just brute force, well Mira managed to even push back Azuma in her human state with low magic to begin with.

It really depends, because that is just elemental damage and not regular damage that they are known to do even when elements don't work, it is using the anime adaptation for references since Hiro has a hand in that.
