Gildarts, some peoples think that Laxus is close to Gildarts tier, Kirin prooved that he's an ant for this tier
Dimaria/Brandish, Gray had the same reaction with Brandish MP & Misaki MP who is BDSK tier.
Wendy, people can't accept that she's just that strong with Irene assistance.

Also, Gray was afraid of Brandish MP in X792.

Brandish has hax and high MP but that does not makes her overall strong.

IMO human Selene is much stronger than any BDSK, if she was really under BDSK tier, that means that Haku can one-shot her no diff.
Gray was at his peak in x792. Hax and high MP is more than enough to one shot every characters who are not Gildarts tier IMO, as shown with Haku one-shotting Natsu.

I don't see my girl Kagura's name in this list.

Sad to see how she or the Twin Dragons gets overlooked due to their lack of feats in the Alvarez Arc. Same for Cobra and Midnight.

It's still infuriating to me that Cherrya had her time to shine while Kagura, Cobra and Midnight.. not so much, and they are far stronger than Cherrya or Wendy.

Voted Gray aswell cause he, along with Gajeel IS Natsu's rival. In base, he and Gajeel are as strong as Natsu. Natsu just has more potential inside him and would cause far more damage in "advanced" states. It's his clear portrayal and people can't seem to accept that.

That's my issue, this showed she could compete in speed with someone Larcade's caliber, and was only used to show Larcade's might (which was extremely rushed and made Kagura look like shit instead of making Larcade look like an unbeatable monster)

Also what was with her using her sword unsheathed so much in Alvarez arc? it was hyped to cause calimity if she unsheathe her sword, an other character's attribute threw in the bin. Did the author forget about her?

It really pains me seen someone that was able to overwhelm Erza clean in a 1v1 fight, become "irrelevant".

It is not her own power. Irene helped her to defeat Nebal and Haku so far. This is not what I call "strong" opponents. Wendy with her own abilities is Lucy tier.

also it seems like Hiro doesn’t focus on him as much as the other dragon slaye. (persorally i think that’s one of the reasons why it’s hard to tell how strong some characters are)

It IS the reason why, knowing Hiro if he wants to give Cobra his time, he would directly puts him back to Erza tier in a finger snap and let him perform with no build up or stuff.

Early seasons builds up and foreshadowings are sorely missed nowadays.
