- Not taking into account Mel's OG magic, TOD takes this without too much trouble in my opinion. He was able to destroy Mel's cocoon with his mere presence as well as slightly affect the weather (this could possibly be a hint that TOD's power is approaching into the realm of the Gods, since they mere presence brings cataclysm into the world). Mel with OG Magic wins.
- If Mael is in The One state, he MIGHT have a slight chance. Near Noon Mael is already far above 201.000 as stated by Ludo himself. Noon Mael should definitely be considerably stronger than that, so odds are that his PL is near TOD. Still, as we know, power levels aren't everything, TOD should possess all of Chandler and Cusack's abilities (that includes True Night, which would render Mael useless until confirmed otherwise) as well as an innate magic (Merlin said that his OG magic was sealed for some reason, most likely the fact that he was split in two is what caused that). TOD definitely takes this.
Diane won't do anything here. If I'm not mistaken I think it was confirmed in the recent databook that her power can at max go at 50.000, which is still far below the others. Tarmiel won't do much either. That being said, King probably takes this alone given his versatility and the ability to summon multiple forms of Chastiefol at once.(thing that allowed him to fodderize a 200.000+ Mael).
Doubt. TOD had the capability so far to destroy the darkness without any sign of movement and caused weather interruption in Britannia. Since we can say that mael is stronger than escanor but we dont know how much.

right that more ever the sinner can make true night making mael useless so yeah mael may not win.
But yes mael is a lot stronger than escanor given that escanor gets 114k by near to noon where as mael becomes someone whom ludo at 201k can even hope to be on par with so which definitely means
Near to noon mael - 300k+.

I'm now just a big fanboy of the sinner given how powerful he is.... I mean damn he is just too OP. His mere presence can be felt a 100 miles away to king and co still I feel that the storm and tsunami in seas maybe due to mael absorbing tornado and ocean but it's just a guess...
or may be it was an foreshadowing for mael to absord the two graces... let's just see what happens

Probably AM Mel with high to extreme difficulty, but it could go either way. On one hand, Full Counter + superior durability and speed gives Mel the edge but it won't be that easy since on the other hand, King's versatility, raw power and the fact that he's able to summon multiple forms of Chastiefol at once makes him a very hard opponent to deal with even if Mel has Full Counter and overall superior stats.
Given the way Ludo has performed until now, I don't think he has what it takes to defeat 4C Mael (hopefully he will do some impressive shit when he goes into his OG Body again, since he's still on a human vessel). Plus, we know that the number of wings represent the power and rank of a Goddess, and going by that Mael has six (he had four after the first chapter but I think that was already confirmed to be a drawing mistake from Nakaba's part) and Ludo only four, so yeah, as of now I'm leading with Mael.
The Sinner vs The Four AA
Rules: The time of the day is extremely near noon (like 5 or 10 minutes from it). If we assume that the Sinner has all of Chandler and Cusack's abilities, he can't use True Night.

Meliodas has every stat advantage against king and that includes magic power and physical stats.
