This is Moegara from the One Piece forum, as most people here know me as.

@Kiki and @Cyanobacteria brought to my attention that most most active staffers have a thread like this and suggested I follow suit, so here we are.

I don't really know what I should say about myself here, but any and all questions and suggestions are welcomed.

It's garbage so you're not missing much.

Yea and AP is harder to calculate. For example, what level would FH Zeref be in AP? Planetary, universal? It's more about the weight of the attack rather AoE.

I agree but AoE isn't the deciding factor unless there's a massive gap. For example Naruto and Goku.

I think Naruto is stronger only because of the lackluster that was the TYBW and that Bleach focuses on statements rather than solid feats.
Fair enough.

Tbh, in my mind, if I were to rank the power of the different mangas/whateverelse that I have read, I would rank Bleach very high. Not at the top, but ever since the first Zaraki fight, with the whole thing of "I'm so powerful (even while having my reiatsu nerfed by the eyepatch) that the attacks from another shiganimi that's not captain level cannot cut me, and you'll make your hands bleed before your blade has any effect on me" i have rated it very high. Just that alone is what's being hyped from BM in OP, yet here we're talking about a character who had multiple selfinfused nerfs. Then in the same fight all those effortless slashes that cleaved skyscrapers right in half around them.

Although that feat, as a feat of strength, was surpassed by Ichimaru much later when he cut 5 KMs of city right in half around him as if he was cutting butter.

The last arc was underwhelming, certainly, and I can't comment on the characters you have listed other than Kaguya since they're all from Boruto, but going by the ones I do know from the original Naruto series I was never as impressed by them as individuals as I was from the characters of Bleach. I feel like their basic stats are just much lower even if some of their jutsus are impressive.

There are also characters like Gerard Valkyrie, that are not on your list, who is arguably powerful enough to solo most of the Naruto verse, unless he's sealed or something.

I want to point out that I don't think the Naruto-verse is weak, I am a Naruto fanboy and I have even roleplayed as Sasuke years ago. I would also rate Naruto high in that hypothetical manga tier, although neither of them would probably be top 10 for me.

Only Isshiki and Momoshiki are from Boruto.

Juudara and Juubito are all from Shippuden

Madara is, to me, the only character who "truly" impressed me in the manga up to a certain point (other than Hashirama of course for having defeated him), but just like the One Thousand Years War Arc was a disappointment, so was Madara.

I loved many other characters from Naruto so when I say he was the only one to impress me I mean it as "strength-wise when compared to Bleach": Madara showed stats on par with Bleach captains.

The way he played around with the Kages as if they were nothing was sweet and he did so while trying out the wood jutsus he was unfamiliar with, but when he impressed me was when he was resurrected.

He didn't have regeneration anymore, he didn't have any of his sharingan skills and boosts, he didn't even have eyes so he didn't even have basic eyesight, and for an Uchiha, who heavily depend on their supereyesight, that's even worse, yet the guy fought with freaking taijutsu against the 9 tailed beasts at the same time, 1 vs 9. A real, awesome beast. While I was reading that I was thinking "what will this guy do once he gets his eyes back? With all of his mangekyo and rinnegan techniques he will be unstoppable. And he's also getting the tentails!".

Yet what he did after getting his eyes back was getting stomped by Might Guy (who used the most absurd power up in anime history. Somehow burning the life force of a single person equals going from average jounin to overpowering the guy who had just done those unbelievable feats) and then relying on that "limbo" technique against Naruto and Sasuke, disregarding every technique that previously made him awesome and impressing and suddenly dropping his physical feats down by a lot.

Tbh, the disappointment I felt was similar to the one I felt with Aizen when he decided to turn into some useless butterfly. Though at least Aizen could show me that he's awesome again during the final arc, Kaguya ruined that chance for Madara.

The point I was trying to make there is that Madara I want to rate Madara as almost the only Naruto character that could at least step into the world of the Bleach top tiers, but that is only if I go by his pre-ten tails self. I know it doesn't make much logical sense, but I rate Ten Tails Madara lower than "Normal Madara" because of what I just explained.

As for Kaguya, she isn't impressive to me. She has one hax skill of opening portals between dimensions but that's it. Without that skill, she seems like a pretty average fighter to me and it's a skill that can be dodged with shunpo. Bleach is also filled with "not-really-toptier" fighters with hax techniques (like Zommari, Gerard or Tsukishima) so any of them would be a "hax tie" against her.

Do you have any mangaverse that you believe would be stronger than any other, and why is it not Toriko?

Never read Toriko but I know that EoS Toriko fodder stomps Bleach or Naruto.

Fairy Tail or One Piece?

What level is FH Zeref?

BC or One Piece?

Toriko is an absurd manga but it's an epicly absurd one. I loved the ridiculesness of its last arc.

Let's see... Fairy Tail > One Piece. Acnologia stomps anything we have seen from One Piece, unless I start going full fanboy and say Mihawk just slices him in two.

I like One Piece way more, but FT exaggerated their powers just too much.

I don't know about FH Zeref, tbh. If we take him seriously, he soloes One Piece.
- He's immortal. Even Natsu's punch didn't kill him, he only defeated him. He died because of the contradiction of his own and Mavis' curses.
- While it's true that Natsu onepunched him into submission, if we take his powers to control time and space seriously he's too much for any One Piece character that we know of, simply because of hax.

It's impossible for me to tell exactly how powerful that punch from Natsu was, though.

I think I'll go with BC > OP, but I haven't really given it much thought so I may even disagree with this (or not) if I think about it seriously later.

Uf. No idea. I usually don't go that deep into calculating PL tiers. What tier would normal Zeref be? Because FH Zeref has an additional hax power, but how should we calculate how strong is it in those terms? The only thing he showed was rewinding time to reconstruct a building and to heal himself (I think?), but his immortality alone should have also done the trick for that second part so there was no real need to time rewind anything.

And also resetting the timeline so there's that.

What timeline did he reset? I don't remember Zeref doing anything special but I may have just forgotten things from that arc.

With FH, he was going to reset the timeline in order to go back and kill Acnologia before the latter became a threat.

We will have to take his word for it. I guess he had full control of time. That's a lot of hax right there.

I'm Plebeian Moe. :XD

I decided to base the "avatar-signature-title" trinity around a single character so I went with one of my favorites; Rand al'Thor, the main character from the Wheel of Time, one of my favorite high fantasy literature sagas.

Also the colors look very "Spanish" so I like it twice as much.

I thought it was maybe a matador but I guess it being from a fantasy series makes more sense :XD

Rand al'Thor is the sort of name you'd see out of a Song of Ice and Fire series. A merchant or warrior character from the East.

His clothing sense definitely reminds of Spain. :XD

Well, not only is this series from the same genre as a Song of Ice and Fire, but George RRM is also a huge fan of it! He even went out of his way to write online his take on a hypothetical fight between Rand and Jaime Lannister.

Oh right; because I was getting that vibe. I assume Rand is another sword-wielding fighter like Jaime?

Yes and no.

He has... certain things in common with Jaime.

I'll try to give you an overview of the character as best as my memory serves.

Rand is quite an overpowered fantasy hero, more overpowered than any Song of Ice and Fire character I can think of right now.

His origins are a bit cliché: he's an orphan raised by a humble rural man, who just so happens to be the "Dragon Reborn", the spiritual reincarnation of a tragic but great hero of old who once saved the world, and of course he's destined to do the same, but better.

Despite starting as just the son of a blacksmith, over the course of his long adventure he becomes not only one of the best swordsmen around, but also one of the most powerful weavers of the world, if not the most. A "weaver" being the "wizards" of his universe, individuals that can see the threads that make up reality and can weave them to alter the natural laws in multitude of ways.

Another thing that makes him interesting to me is that he's one of the "ta'veren". The Pattern of reality weaves itself around ta'veren as focal points, altering the natural order of life until they fulfill some unknown but especific great purpose, altering the laws of chance around him and causing completely unpredictable occurrences to happen. While most of these inexplicable changes work in his favor as if he attracted good fortune, some of the changes around him are catastrophic in return.

Also, he gets three wives so he's an inspiration for all harem heroes out here.

Btw I don't know if it will be any good or if it will be any faithful to the books but they're making an Amazon adaptation, but if you like series like The Witcher or Game of Thrones you may want to look out for it.

No wonder you like him, that description really does make him quite appealing to any prospective reader. I've seen that are a number of books in this series. Are they connected somehow or are some individual stories but within the same world?

By adaptation you mean live action? Also I've not read The Witcher, just the Game of Thrones series to be honest; just waiting for the final books to paint over the nightmare that was the last few seasons of the tv show.
