I've my theories about Baam, especially 3:
1- he's actually designed to be of the strongest guardian (above lvls conquered by Zahard and 10 families) - pretty sure about due to that scarlet freaky exoscheleton shown when Prince Zahard hit him with that Poke Ball, moreover his cave reported a lot of Zahard's signature inside it... is maybe related to some sort of seal?
2- he's the son OR he's directly Phantamium;
3- he's the future Prince Zahard BUT not sure about it...

i think him being Phantaminum is slightly farfetched i mean given that we dont have any sort of intel on phantaminum i doubt that we can say anything for sure
i feel that some how or other he is related to Exis now that might be Phantaminum or he(Baam) himself might be made out to be one

Could be, SIU already changed the scene to Yuri's group a few times back then. It won't be before this test is over though (if one/some of them don't pop up and surprise us ). I'm not sure how much ahead they are and what Baam might have done besides climbing the tower. Rachel's group is full of people who have a nice potential and even includes Zahard Princesses (IIRC). I doubt that all of them still travel together but Rak and Koon are most likely with her. The reunion is one of the things I'm most looking forward to so I really hope it won't take that long

That's right, even though Baam is monstrously talented, he's still better at some things than other. Compared to that, Rachel's group has a variety of people, who are also very talented at specific things ... Koon - strategist, Leesoo - comic relief , Zahard princesses - freakin strong, I mean on the 2F, Androssi was on equal terms with a ranker (he was out of allowed shinsoo but still, that's a ranker), etc.
So, i'd say that unless they get a stroke of bad luck, they could advance even faster than Baam.

hmm androssi wasnt on equal terms with a ranker she was using an ignite weapon + Baam was freezing Quaint from a distance when things went bad for her
+ as you said she was using shinsoo while he wasnt, and in the end he won.
If i remember correctly there was sth from authors blog which said that they split in to groups, the princess went ahead to attract attention away from the main group
It was koons idea, i wonder where Rak is now and what is he doing.

At some point at the beginning Androssi was keeping up with Quant's speed, I had that in mind when writing the post (but then Quant got pissed and revealed narcissist power ).

Well, Part 1 ends with the FUG girl (I'm really not good at remembering names for this manwha!) saying that the return of the "princes of Zahard" is near, or something like that.

And after Love's test, Augusgus says that the "Prince" went up.
Now, maybe SIU wanted to throw us a red heering by naming one of the character Prince, but I'm 99,9% sure that he was refeering to Baam.

Those two things makes me believe that Baam is either a Prince of Zahard, or the son of a Prince/Princess of Zahard, meaning that he has the Zahard power inside him already.

And it seems like FUG main goal right now is to have a Prince of Zahard back, and that's why they are working on getting Baam to the top of the tower.

Bonds between characters

Characters in "Tower of God"(ToG) through climbing expirience betrayal, hatered, trust, love and many more feelings. To sum it up I interpreted all those as "bonds between characters" !!!

I believe "Tower of God"(ToG) would just not be the same, without those anymore...

That's why I'm asking you to lay everything you have to say, about this subjects, here in this thread...

I really can't demand of you to tell me currently all your favorite and least favorite, from each subject, at once (there are just too many like I was starting before with the main 4: betrayal, hatered, trust, love).
But because of that, I would like to hear at least your opinion about those main 4 at first, and what do you think about them (your point of view), you are free to add also your own category (anything that goes with "bonds between characters" fits here).

Let me tell you again, there are many subjects here you can discuss, and each of them holds a different meaning also in reality. Bonds between characters are not a simple subject to comprehend, but they can be discussed as a separated matter, that one may approve and the other not. So I understand that there may be some disagreement, but remember to not to cross the line here, and still abid by the Forum Rules !!!

So, tell us your opinion, how do you interpritate yourself everything, and what kind of bond's do you believe characters have among them. What would you like to change beteen them, if you could ? Here you can also tell us which precise moment was that left the biggest impression on you, which characters did it include, and why. Well as I said anything that concerns ToG and the "bonds between characters" goes --> I meant fits here in this thread...

Yes, Baam definitely is "still" alive !!!

This was implied at the end of season 1(in the second last chapter of season 1 --> chapter 78), and soon after season 2 started, and is now "100% confirmed" in the latest chapters of season 2 !!!

But I don't want to spoil you to much, so I will end here for now...

THM Nindo, What if Baam is the direct son of King Zahard?
If Zahard has a contract with the Guardian, Shinsoo can not be used without a contract;
Yet Baam can use Shinsoo, perhaps the contract may have been inherited by blood?
How much of the story do you think that explains?

Also looking forward to learning FUG's strained relationship with Zahard.
It would seem that, FUG's would be Zahard killer is Zahard himself. "Baam, this is your father."

I don't see how he could be the Tower's creator, but the Prince of Zahard theory is one of solid ones imo.

As to the red lobster and red light: what intrigues me is how it was told to be only a part (of the complete one) - could it be that Baam will one day get more red exoskeleton and become even more badass?

The 3 eyes in the cave isn't much evidence to go on of him being the son of Zahard, all it shows is that the cave is somehow related to the Zahard family (doesn't necessarily have to be Zahard himself, especially if it's outside the tower). If that red thing is a piece of Zahard which is given to all the princesses then it could potentially make him the son of Zahard in that sense though. Not quite sure what your reasoning is behind Baam being the creator of the tower.

Red light is what have any princess is really good theory, we still don't know how they achieve that status. But 0Xellos' theory makes me think that if that is only a part... when complete, Baam will transform into a Guardian itself.

what if baam is the son of phantaminum and king zahard kidnapped baam and locked him in a cave then phantaminum broke the zahard palace looking for his son and killed all the zahard rankers then confronted king zahard ...

what if the reason phantaminum disappeared is because to save baam and zahard captured him (he surrendered himself to save baam).

there may be a reason yuri is interested baam because he resemble phantaminum ( because phantaminum left her unharm)

Well Yuri clearly had a dislike of Phanta so if she finds someone who could be Phanta's son I doubt she would go to such lengths to help him (then fall for him ). Wouldn't say it's a great theory, there is little linking Phanta to Baam and we know so little about Phanta that the list of reasons for him entering Zahard's palace is pretty much endless.

Well considering phanta is one of the top 5 exis out there, and he has the power to destroy the tower itself, range shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'd actually say it's pretty likely he will somehow feature in the story, think it was stated somewhere that Urek came into the tower to look for phanta and considering how Urek will almost certainly play a key role later on, I find it hard to believe that phanta won't be featured at all.
