P.S. Anyway, weakened / not weakened, but Laxus didn't kill nor fully defeat that ghost. He just pushed him into ground, We don't know if Jellal didn't oneshot Nenhart, would that ghost stand up or not ?

No one's denying that Zeref is a powerful Mage. But he ain't no acnologia, even if he defeated Hades that was over 3 arcs ago, and unnless he did a ton of training. It doesn't seem like he's as powerful comparatively. But I'm not doubting Zeref, I have no doubt that he is a moriarty of sorts. But he isn't nearly as strong in the fighting department.

that's headcanon.everyone during that point have won their battles against corpses.heck,even if he stands up he would just put him down again.

Dimaria is a different case.she can turn into a God of Time.much different then Zeref.if Zeref can do as he pleases with time then he would have killed everyone while they are frozen.why do you think Hiro pulled Ultear out his ass just to beat Dimaria???

again,Zeref is very powerful but he needs to prove himself.I mean,Brandish said that Eileen is the only wizard in existence that can stand up against August.

Plus, his skill is living magic. I don't know about you but anyone who creates things to fight for them goes down a bit in my list; and yes he also has death magic, but that isn't nearly as flashy or cool. Which leads people to think he isn't a good fighter.

It's like saying: " I can kill anything with a touch, " compared to saying:
" that's cool mate but I can blow up a nation. "

It's called "plot". As with Acno, who if truly wanted to destroy DS could just insta wipe entire city with them. As he did with Tenrou. Or Acno doesn't have his powerful roar too ?

he did it once though,as you said,but he rarely ever appears.besides,I doubt that time manipulation works against someone very powerful.otherwise Zeref would stop time and cut off Acnologia's head.not even Dimaria can do that.

Unless your counting immortality as defense, Zeref is much less durable than Acnologia.

But everyone is wondering if Zeref is stronger then his 12 spriggans which is a good debate.

But in all seriousness by the way things look now it's a logical conclusion for me to come to.

I would like to see how Zeref met each of the Spriggans, especially since we got a peek of it when he encountered Irene. A chapter devoted to each Spriggan would be cool and it could even be a short one-volume spin-off.

However, some Spriggans would need to be explained away in the main story like Larcade, Irene, and August so that may not work.

I would as well. I have always seen S12 as a different villain group which has their own backstories like maybe they were tortured/orphan/had family/parent issue, not just a bunch of bad people. Unlike Bluenote/Avatar/Kain Hikaru etc whose background was never told. I think Zeref in his wandering around Alakitashia found them one by one. He found them when they were in a problem and he helped them. However not all S12 has issue though (I might make a diagram about their backstory someday).

I can guess how Zeref met a few of them.

We already saw how he met Irene and he probably created Larcade through experimentation.

I'm not really sure about the others though.
