I think, the coating is to prepare the ship into a submarine, i don't think he has a submarnine...or not?

But... Law's pirates do have a submarine though I don't think it's more stable than Shark Submerge-3.

Coating is what Whitebeard's ships got to enter Marineford bay.

I think that there is someone in Shanks' crew that has some sort of ability to make them sail faster. Either that, or they have a fishman who could call some giant fish to carry them faster (similarly to Jimbei with the whale-sharks). Just regular sailing would be too boring.

What if every single one of shank's crew are one man powerhouses and they row the boat obelix style. (As in Asterix & Obelix comics.)

The log pose already pointed down to Merman Island in Nami's case, right ? So there's no need to stay in SA for very long.

Unless Fishman Island is like 200 meters deep, he probably needs bubble coating to prevent his sub from being squashed by high pressure. He may have a submarine, but I doubt it that it can go to unlimited depths just like that.
Shark sub from Sunny can go no further than 5000 meters, otherwise it will get crushed. I would think that, since it's a smaller sub, that it can withstand greater pressure than Trafalgar's sub.

If I remember well the Fishman Island is under 10 miles under the sea (as Skypea is 10 miles over the sea).

Yep. Law's ship definitely needs the coating done lol and I agree with S. Apoo; the submarine ship is awesome! It's definitely one of my favourites. I hope we get to see more of what the interior of the ship looks like in the near future.

Last week was golden week so no chapter. This weeks chapter was already released on weekend. So basically we have to wait a few more days to max. one week to get the chapter. Since we didn't rly had our golden week break yet.

well somewhere in this equation there is a fault.
it's like you said, last week was gw in japan and we got the chapter that came out in japan on monday a little earlier than normal. however, we're back to normal, i.e. we'll get the chapter of next monday this week somewhen. be patient though wednesday releases were rather abnormal

Apoo is talking about Law. I think before that chapter it was also mentioned by someone that Law shouldn't have just gone there because supposedly Law is very cruel and unforgiving.

And I think Bonney is talking about Kaidou. Kaidou was supposed to kill Whitebeard or something and Bonney was disappointed that all this Marineford war and Shanks appearing happened because of that. At least that's how I predict it.

Thanks for the info but although the Kaidou part is a stretch. I think Bonny probably mean BB becus BB capture Ace, killed & stole WB ability in front of the world on TV and unbalance the whole situation. She even mention to go to the Grand Line.

Not rly sure if I can follow you. There was a gw, means a week break. But we didn't had a week break, just 3-4 days or sth. So I was expecting next weeks chapter to get a bit later this week (like on Friday or Saturday), so that we would be with the chapter on the week after next at normal pace again... 'oh well it is confusing xD Im just expecting the chapter 2-4 days later to appear than the normal Wednesday release.

Anyway, seeing the spoiler coming out today, Im expecting the chapter tomorrow or on Friday which could somehow fit into my expectations ^^

Appo is talking about Law, who helped Luffy.

Bonny is talking about a still undefined character. Since she is talking about finding him/her in the NW, it can't be any on the battlefield present character. Also she was seen crying as WB got stabbed, so I think she supported him. So unlikely that she meant Kaido. I believe either Big Mom or another still not introduced character.

its kinda a toss up between age and power in my eyes, I mean Garp.WB,BB all are immensely powerful in their own rights but their also older, I mean if you look at the WB flash back of his much younger self, he doesn't seem nearly as towering, I also look at it as Oda makes other characters command respect from them, thus they tower over most others, just kinda my two cents on it

I think what you say has some truth in it. Characters like WB have to be physically imposing for their strength to truly be recognised. In saying, I've actually noticed a lot of the strong characters are big, whether that is purely coincidence or Oda's doing, I don't think really matters right now.

From my observation, those with big ass panels/frames and huge character designs are either important or strong. Leaving Giants out. With that Im not saying the guys who were portrayed to be smaller are automatically less powerful and important.

The admirals too. If you notice each of them are the same height and a foot or two taller then everyone else. I think you guys are right in that it's a way of showing that they are very powerful and very imposing in a very obvious way. As though that is just the effect of their physical presence. All the characters who are supposed to be scary and imposing are also very tall. But its not so much about power only. Characters who are very powerful, but laid back or who don't like show it are normal height, like Shanks or Rayleigh.
