What level more or less? Honestly I'm interested.

Well he's clearly no fodder, to be able to survive in the NW speaks volume about him, but I don't think he's close to top tier characters like Marco, Admirals etc
IMO, him being one shotted by Garp shows to me he is nowhere near top level, so if he happened to fight Roger, WB at their prime, he'll be ass raped easily by these guys

Also, I do not believe that people like Jozu, Marco can get one shotted like that, unless they drop their guard (which happened in Marinford)

So, he definitely didn't give me the vibe he's that strong anyway... IMO, I think he may be around the same level of power of your average WB commander (while Oda did say they're equal in strength, what he showed was absolutely different, for example Marco was able to hold Akainu while Curiel wasn't able to do so and got burned by his magma)

One Piece is an epic adventure featuring "Straw Hat" Luffy, ... known as "One Piece" ... . bla bla over 300 mil volumes of the.. in Japan ... 14 years ago. One Piece has ... proudly learned as well and .. OP has been published in over 27/29 countries.

He doesn't like to show his face anyway, the Jumpfesta are problably the only events where he is going besides meeting with famous japanese people Oda get's to know because he's such a economic miracle.^^

According to Redon is kind of a replica of the past One Piece Ten event celebrated in Japan. So I'm guessing he could be there.

I don't know if this is the thread to ask this sort of thing. But can Kizaru fly or levitate or something? Sometimes I get the feeling that he sort of hovers for a short time. Like when he attacked WB and was then attacked by Marco, was he floating or something?

He can problably fly as any other logia, by using his powers to stay over the floor. He has shown to be able to teleport and he has shown to be capable of jumping incredibly high, but so did many other character too. So the likely answer to your question is no from what Oda has shown so far.
