It might end up being an amazing chapter, way better than anything we've seen so far in this arc. This talk about the giant battle is intriguing.

Whether he was joking or not, I said he took a break after 4 chapters, the rest is just math. Besides this is not the place to be talking about the breaks, it's just flooding the thread with agony posts, that's all.

Back on topic, I hope this fight will last more than just one punch. It's just not realistic to think the whole chapter will be spend on Luffy preparing a punch. Unless of course the first pages are spend on showing Sabo vs Burgess and Zoro and co, although at this point I think I would be ok with Oda not showing the others pushing the birdcage.

If it was a Kamehameha it would take 3 chapters for one hit. You are right with Oda taking more breaks now than a few years ago. I wonder if its the health issues or writer's block and needing more time to create the perfect chapter. I rather wait for quality content than get junk every week.

The longest Kamehameha in the manga was the struggle between Gohan and Cell, and it lasted for only one and a half chapter.

I was thinking that too, how long has it been since the last movie? There was a special last year, so it could very well be a new movie.

Film Z was last so 2013, might not be too far fetched, there were far many more movies released for OP in the past, so this new surprise might not be as surprising.

Yeah in the past there were numerous movies, every year even. Well it kinda sucks that we didn't have any movie since Z, when AoT for example have theirs(as well as a live action). It could be interesting, but at the same time I hope it's something totally unexpected.
