Why not? I think thats the most reasonable plot, why Boney was brought by Akainu to Marine HQ instead of prison (maybe Impel Down) like any other pirates we have known. If she is just a bastard from normal CD, i think that would not be happened

But we don't know that. We know that they want to keep CD's within MG. This is the first case we've heard of a half one, but I wouldn't be surprised if many of them are.

We don't know if the first time they tried to get Bonney was because she was a descendant of Buccaneer, of her fruit or being half CD.

Or maybe all 3.

The most logical explanation is that some other CD, who likely will be of extreme importance in the future (or not .-. ) is her real dad.

Saturn doesnt want that child anyway and let her to be death someday knowing the desease. But "accidentaly" Bonney is grown to be dangerous pirate, became Kuma's daughter (which is a RA Officer) and her afilliation to him maybe a problem for Saturn.
So maybe Saturn changed his mind and wanted to keep her under his nose. But that's just my speculation

Him facing the king, then probably replacing him, become WG's slave in order to save Bonney.
I think it can all be fit in 1 chapter. or 2 max.

-King Bekori wants to sell the undesirables to the Celestial Dragons, Kuma stops him and is framed as a tyrant.
-When Kuma is caught by the marines, he agrees to be a Shichibukai in exchange for Vegapunk to find a cure for Bonney.
-Saturn orders Kuma’s memories to be wiped, he blames the Buccaneer Race for keeping the memory of Nika alive.
-Flashback presumably ends this chapter with Kuma’s mind being wiped.
