IDK could be anybody claiming to be a raw provider IMO, I‘m limiting my trust to raw providers on X that are followed by Pew or Redon.

But I think the Gaban and Luffy situation is not a matter of giving up, since the former has they key and asked latter to take it, if he thinks he can. Either Luffy can take it or not and I don’t see Luffy giving up.
So I still think it‘s rather related to the third God‘s Knight.

I would think Gaban would concede as opposed to Luffy having to KO him to get the key. This seems more like a test than a battle to the death.

Prediction.

Quoting myself. Loki was framed. Holy Knights killed his dad and force fed him the fruit to provide motive for the killing.

Given the recent lore dump, similar to that of the lore dump before Luffy was revealed as Nika. Loki's fruit power was mentioned in the Harley Poems.

Is Loki's fruit one of the other mentioned Gods? Or is it the Serpent of Hell that clashed with the Earth God?

Gaban was "scared" to go back to Wano cuz of Kaido that got beat up by Luffy(also Luffy got much stornger since than)but he kicks Luffy ass?

I’m starting to think the Roger pirates in there prime would solo all 4 yonko crews in 1 vs 4.

depends how it plays out I can see him being overpowered and entering g5.

Depends. I read this as Luffy and Gaban fool around but Gaban probably has still a decent and unique skillset. But once Luffy wants to get serious he concedes. Pretty sure Gaban just wanted to test Luffy.

Though the tweets are weird. Is their fight now interrupted or does Gaban give up?

I say any action involving Luffys‘s dad would be nice. Some ancient dragon (creature) lore from Elbaf or something related to Kaido would be nice as well.

So the dragon was actually a Kirin? Interesting, wonder what kind of powers come with the fruit.

Just remember Kizaru, he toyed with G4 Luffy but he ultimately could not keep up with G5. My take is (old) Gaban roughly being on Kizaru‘s level.

I would guess Gaban gives up. he is just trying to test Luffy/See the Nika fruit in action. come to think of it, all of the Roger Pirates would know all about Joyboy and his powers and would be dying to see them in person. So I would guess Gaban is doing this for those two reasons, a test and to finally see what they learned about.

Looks like you were spot on. Guess his observation haki made him feel the summoning or something like that.

I am reading it as it is written and I don't think there is anything hidden here. The 'tweet' that someone is bothering them contradicts the fact that they decide to give up in the end.
