It's not necessarily fake hype the last chapter was also hyped like this and it was pretty good they are mostly fanboys so almost everything is big deal to them.
On the side note according to reddit apparently rocks arrives in god wally in the end of the chapter so garling and co could be the focus of the chapter.

I also realize now that if the Roger Pirates haven't met Sommers, this might be where Gaban put the fear of god in him.

So we're continuing the chapter 1096.
In chapter 1096, they mentioned 13 super-rare rabbits along with 150 rare rabbits.
I assume Kuma is one of the super-rare ones, while the others might be members of the Davy Clan and maybe other races (Lunarias?). But the rare ones?
I think this week’s chapter will reveal more of these targets, probably characters we already know, or maybe their parents. Everyone is connected kind of thing.

Last week we had wind and Dragon hints and all we‘ve seen was young Dragon starting to have doubts on the WG and the Navy. So I doubt we get to see his powers this chapter.
But obviously we see more from him.

Probably a transitional chapter to get to the meat of God Valley.

One thing I really hope we see is Rocks kicking off an initial pirate age by letting Roger and his subordinate crew members know about the One Piece. Chances are based on the type of things Rocks is wanting to do, that he knows a significant amount about the world.

Would love to see the extent of Dragon's involvement in saving Shanks and Shamrock. Especially considering that Shamrock was, from what we know, raised as a Tenryuubito in Mariejois.

Would be interesting if whatever DF Dragon has was also in God Valley. Maybe when he opened a treasure trunk to hide Shanks there was a fruit inside that he ended up eating. At an event like this wouldn't be surprised if there are other powerful DFs.

IIRC Dragon was the first to allude to how dangerous GK are. With him being present at GV, they will be as well. This will probably at least partially set up their future connection.

I think the RA and the GK will clash during the final war. With Dragon probably fighting Shamrock, the other destined child he couldn't save.

Dragon should have wind-wind fruit. It's still free, it should be crazy powerful, it would perfectly explain what happened at Loguetown
