Match Oni (Without Kishin or PoP) vs Sanada

Well, those are the two that do matter. But Speed? It's not even bad, but he can return everything anyway, so irrelevant. Stamina? Doesn't matter once Yips starts kicking in. Power? Unnecessary for his playstyle.

But anyway, I'd expect Oni to be able to deal with Rai, it's just not as clear cut as it is with some of the others.

Yukimura is meant to be that godly player that transcends everything. Oni however i would expect to be able to just as easily return Rai. His fanbook data put everything as "?". This and said that theres nothing to criticize for speed. The only thing he has to improve for technique is accuracy and even technique was a "?". Personally I think in this world cup we'll find out the actual stats but for now he is above everyone. Ohmagari also didnt have too much difficulty returning the clutch. Sure he had trouble predicting the direction but he still reacted in time and returned it.

He has all ¨?¨s because he has Kijin, we're discussing what would happen if he didn't have it.

Nevertheless, he will still take the match. Sanada, at this point cannot hope to beat Oni.

Oni's stats were ??? before he played Byodouin, so that means even before he learned Kishin they still don't know his (or Byodouin's) stats. That's why there was smoke around him and Byodouin. They're so powerful that even without Pirate/Kishin they still can't measure their power.

I think the X-ball is similar to the 'power player never play non power players' rule. Just like how power players should be pretty much unstoppable against even fairly top tier characters due to their ability to literally kill their opponents but aren't ranked very high, X-ball players aren't guaranteed to rank high either even though a 10-ball can easily cover half of the court and would render any positional trickery irrelevent.

Oni's (and Byoudouin's) stats were "No Data" back then, which isn't the same as "Unmeasurable". It just means the coaches didn't have enough information on them yet, which makes sense since it was their first match in the camp.

can sanada even do 10 balls yet?


even kintaro can do 10 balls and can counter black jk, and i dont think oni used kishin on kintaro
