Lots of people from our generation turend out with unwanted pregnancies because we were all given the same bullshit about contraceptives. "Oooh, contraceptives are bad because the sperm will die and it has life, and the bible says 'thou shall not kill' blah, blah, blah, blah...."

personally i did research on that for my theo. after vatican 2 and before humanae vitae, it was still in the gray area and might have been de facto approved. but when a pope gave an encyclical against that, the church has to follow but the consolation is its not infallible. it can be reversed by a "liberal" pope.

btw, the 3% failure rate might be attributed to NOT squeezing the tip to let the air out....

condoms of course! but why is that i just cant trust condoms anymore?? i once read this article 97% of condoms will work. that fucking 3% just freaked me out. that's why if i dont do withdrawal it will fuck me up for months. i follow the monthly cycle too just to be very sure.

and just so you know, contraception works both ways. It must be a concerted effort from both parties. if you're scared shitless about condoms then let her have pills or an injection or patch or something.

You should get used to this climate in about 3 months, because the coming season is the storm season, when you live each day wondering why it's either raining extremely hard or why it's so hot.

@techno, Kabila? as in kabila 'kabila' or is that the school's name pero hindi pa ako nakakapasok sa la salle. i went there today and i just found out that i need recommendation letters so i have to request them from my school in the US ipapa-fax ko nalang.
ah, nvermind, sbi pla ni hunter ateneo. pero dba kailangan rin ng recommendation letters doon?

teacher ka don? may cousin ako that's studying there and also a few other people that i know of. baka kilala mo. lol.

the only reason why i picked la salle was because i wanted to join fencing with my cousin!

@hunter, not sure anymore... after i saw that list of courses from the 'la salle' booklet. i made a list though, and i'll be asking my dad which one i should take. but its most probably business managment or engineering.

It actually depends on the pill. My friend told me she tried different pills and had different side effects. There was one where she was really cranky and didn't like sex at all, while the other one made her "blooming" hehe. Asa hiyang lang daw yun.

Another friend of mine recommends shots. It's an injection, i think at 300 php only, and it keeps a woman safe for three months.

Speaking of La salle and ateneo, I watched Gilbert Arenas visit Araneta where a match between these two schools were held (UAAP). And he said "It's the same as when I was young and playing in poverty.."

bb, there's a PC version of ff8. i d/led it, works fine, graphics are waaay much better than ps, then if you're a cheater type they've bundled an editor(i never used it) to modify your magic, GF, cards...
