Kuya MG's reading comics too!! <3 We've got a discussion thread in the American Sub-forum, you know. Sandman's basically a comic written by Neil Gaiman, ne of my favourite, if not favourite, writers. <3 I have yet to read it, but I have read other comics by him, and they're awesome.

Oooh, and you should try Marvel 1602. Written by Neil Gaiman, also.

Bakit nga ba ako nagregister dito bago nagdeath anniv? Natatandaan ko tuloy nung pumanaw ang tatay ko, hindi ako nag-online dun sa forum kung saan active ako noon ng isang buwan. Bumalik ako nung Marso na pero bihira na ako magpost doon. Eventually, 'di na ako bumalik. May nagyaya sa 'kin na bumalik ako doon at nangako ako na balang araw bibisita ako. Congrats nga pala kay clarity! Isa na siya sa 'min mga global Tsaka rin sa unang post dito.

and while you're at it, read his novel "American Gods" and "Stardust". damn this guy's too attached to mythology, he's the best!

GSD movie? Me too...inaantay ko talaga ang release non, considering the impact they made on girls. Too bad anyway that there weren't any carnal desires portrayed in GSD...*reminisce* like the scene when Kira was emotionally unstable, Flay made use of her endorphins. In the end, we got to see him wearing his pants while in boxers (wahhh...I just love those) and Flay laughing boisterous...

haha. the way you said that is like from a porn synopsis... not that i read those tho (well not a lot...)

i think i like destiny better than the first. it's so cool the fact that kira and lacus are the most powerful persons in that universe. bandai has been keeping up with the times certainly when they kind of increase the maturity of the plot

dude you have to read sandman! i don't know if you like REALLY bleak enigmatic psychedelic dreamscape atmospheric sensation, but it's reaaaally goooood. yeah it's about the sandman (he looks like neil gaiman a lot ) and his quests to... i dont want to spoil the rest... hee hee. he's one of the coolest authors i've known. his life is a mythology, and his works are the new mythology... also, you must read his novels. take "American Gods", it's the most amazing book ive read in a long time, about a lotta gods mentioned in all cultures living in present america and a war stuff. damn. i'm hungry.

Neil Gaiman is one of my favorite writers. Though, yonie, American Gods was not my fave creation of Neil Gaiman (in terms of novels). Mine's Neverwhere. And so far, Stardust is even better than American gods, IMO. Have you read Anansi Boys? That one was just hilarious!

And guys, yeah. Read Sandman. One helluva characterization he worked up there. If you're asking, Musashi, (don't worry, I won't put spoilers) it's basically about Sandman, who is in fact the Lord of Dreams. He's one of the endless (no beginnings, no ends kinda thing). The fact that Gaiman conceptualized the endless is just genius. The concept of the endless alone hooks me to Sandman. What more if you knew their personalities, their torments, and their joys? Ack. Yes, but I'm stuck at Preludes and Nocturnes (issues #1-8). I do have all 75 issues burned in a CD though. It's just that I prefer reading something in a hardcopy, which I did with Preludes and Nocturnes.

Salamat Gen. Cancer po ang ikinamatay niya. Nakakalungkot kahit apat na taon na ang nakalipas. Nadiagnose na meron ang tatay ko nun noong 1998 o 1999 tapos nagkatapat pa operasyon niya sa graduation ko sa elementary kaya hindi siya nakadalo. Tapos 4th year high school na ako nang binawian na siya ng buhay. Graduation ko sa preschool lang ang naattend niya nung buhay pa siya Pasensya na, malapit na grad ko sa kolehiyo eh napapaisip ako ng ganun. Pero ok lang ako.

no shit!!!! an autographed book by the man himself that is like the most prized possession in the world.... yes i am so envious....

yeah i agree, american gods of the three (stardust, neverwhere) is the weakest. just thought i'd introduce the others to neil gaiman's works with the sensation increasing every book . but girl, how did you get hold of that book? did you meet him personally? oh man that is something... i havent read anansi boys yet btw, im finding it hard to locate in the places i go... maybe it's time to resort to e-books? naaah i hate e-books.. it has to be a real book...

Ah, as for Bersek. A very awesome seinen manga. Worth the read, if you look past the gore, violence and sex. >.> Plot is awesome, plus great characters <3 Almost like, a bloody fairy tale that never ends. Really great <3

it's just one of those insomnia stuff. normal for teenagers, as doctors would say. normal stuff... right? right? omg i have a disease i'm UNCLEAAAANNNnnnn!!!!

my class tomorrow is at 9.30. i always wake up at a short offset of 1st period at 11 o cl..ock... seriously, this is bad. i cant sleep at night while i sleep at class.

i havent read berserk either. sounds cool, have to check it out
