[Seinen] Black Lagoon Vol. 3 Chapter 15 by Akas
*This is the first non-shonen/easy seinen translation I've done, and I have a couple of questions but here's the raw edit of this. I'm doing this for Moar Bad Scans, so you should check them out here:
