Well needless to say, Sanji's durability shouldn't be questioned. Some highlights:
He was afraid to use skywalk underwater to get to the surface on Punk Hazard because it strains the user's body meaning his is more durable.
Nami comments on herself being his body and thank goodness he was durable.
Judge used what seemed to be one of his signature techniques on Sanji and he survived it and only needed some bandages after. This is also taking into considerstion his father had a raidsuit on, a customized weapon, and he himself did not have a raid suit.
In order to be fast, to the point of kicking Oven without being seen, one must have some well developed muscles. Think a kangaroo mouse or a flea. These may be minor animals to us but if you scale their abilities to human size, the powers would be immense.
So yeah, him getting back up after a direct hit from Drake isn't surprsing. Let's see how well he can fight drake for now. I have a good feeling that donning the raidsuit will result in him winning. I bet Page 1 suffered an embarassing defeat back then. I mean, who better to take down Dinosaurs than Sanji? He gonna kick their ass first off to tenderize the meat. Then just beat it to a pulp, use diable jambe to smoke these fools to prep as a final course. Why else is his attacks named after cooking styles or food? When Sanji fights, sometimes it reminds me of Goku eating all the food in the hyperbolic time chamber stacking bowls high enough that they'd tower over his head.
