I think Hawkins is on par with Law. He only lost because he threw away his trump card.

On the other hand, Capone called Nekomamushi a monster, so clearly he's nowhere the level of a Yonko commander.

All Super Nova are not the same level.
BB, Luffy, Kidd, Zoro, Law, Urouge, Drake(COMMANDER LV) > Hawkins, Capone, Killer, Bonney. In that order....(Zoro > Law during Wano)
(OFFTOPIC)

Sanji isnt a Super Nova plz note.
But he'll destroy Killer & Bonney sure.
Sanji being a Vinsmoke however, has already and will continue to grow his reputation & notoriety.

As for Sanji vs the main SN, he's a cut underneath them. They are low-mid commander lv. Sanji seems like for now he wont be commander lv but in a position right under it, just like the Flying Six. Who he didnt seem more dominant than when he fought one of them

Big mom low diffs thats not a fair fight.

Based on what exactly? latest chapter says Drake is comparable to an all star plus he is a SN captain thats more than sanji can handle.

We don't know that yet dont set yourself up for disappointment.

Also Page One wasnt defeated stop with that already.
Nah Drake doesn't have much going for him. He same level with all of them especially not the leader to boot.

Also where you got that? Anime? Guess Zoro vs Batman is coming soon as he never beat him. Page One was defeated and recovered. Idk where you get that logical as that means Luffy never beat Holdem since he came back and Zoro vs Kamazou, but Kamazou came back faster despite the 'lethal' hit.

PO was defeated as evidence shown with him not helping in searching for Alliance and stop his terrorizing. That's just facts.

Zoro is not up there. If he tied to nerf Killer, he can't beat healthy one or at least not by extreme diffed either way. Zoro got bad hassle through this arc especially Hawkins already shown better of him too. He is below a lot Supernovas except tied with Killer and still stronger than Bege and Bonney.

Sanji shown much progress and respect for his power that even Supernovas are aware of it. I will say only ones above him are just Luffy, Kidd, and Law. Sanji being shape up taking on YC on how writing looks, so he surpassing a lot them. Though might be a bit comparable with Apoo, Urouge, Drake, and Hawkins maybe that can challenge somewhat, but not for long.

Sanji already shown dominance to a member of T6H. Idk where you saying he didn't do much when we T6H wasn't really much of a fight for him.

Think he already gone above him at this point. Though Jimbei vs Oven given unfinished business. Challenge to Jimbei given his powers.

Moe, stuff like this is just.... There's no narrative in this arc that is shaping Sanji to fight any of the All Stars. And before you bring it up (because I'm sure you will), the same is also true of Zoro. Those are only mentioned because as readers, we have expectations and want both of them to fight the next strongest guys in any crew , as their captain goes after the top guy. What could be said to be "shaped up" in terms of fight for Sanji is either Page One or Drake, as he's clashed both of them already, so they've got history.

Kid and Law are Luffy's direct rivals it seems, so yes, Sanji is most definitely not stronger than them. As for the others some are debatable as we've not seen much of them in the NW to really say where they'd rank. Besides Apoo, who was strong enough to defeat a YC and escape said yonkou's terriritory with his life. In this arc Hawkins as gotten the short end of the stick compared to all other Supernova we've seen and he also isn't that high up the echelon in the enemy's ranks. To be fair, he's just recently joined too, Drake has been with Kaido since pre-timeskip.

Again that's not to say Sanji v YC won't happen in this arc, but to say the current story is shaping for it to happen that way is misleading. In my opinion (and unless he reveals his true colours), Drake would be a great opponent for Sanji.

Think you mean Uroge, not Apoo.

Drake wouldn't be a great fight...if he was really on Kaido's side and we could assume it would be a full on fight. But given how the story goes, that fight fills me with plot induced dread, another arc where the SH's don't get to fight anyone and grow in the fight and challenge themselves. Page One is boring because we saw Sanji kind of have his way with him and leave unscathed.

So maybe he doesn't fight Queen. But those two just don't feel satisfying.

Yes, Urouge. Cheers.

As you pointed, Page One wouldn't be that interesting unless there's a lot more to him than what we saw. He's no slouch though, I want to stress that. As for Drake, like I said that'll be subject to him revealing his mission but then that larger implication than just himself. But to be fair he doesn't really have to, he could just say that he's been waiting all this time for an opportunity to take down Kaido without compromising SWORD.

In the larger picture I want to see Sanji show us his true fighting level with and without the Raid Suit. Whether that would be the difference in him beating a commander...

This is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned. He just needs a fight that really let's him go off so we can see his level of ability.

Why we presume Sanji and Zoro won't reach YC lvl at end of the arc and won't fight any YCs? If Luffy got to duke it out with Kaido despite from what we seen, it make sense his main fighters of Sanji, Zoro, and Jimbei have to be close to his level and be YC lvl of status in the crew. A lot evidence is pushing this as next level for the crew, so why doubt it might not happen or they won't stronger. I can't see their limits being just T6H and that's it as they need to evolve more than High YVs especially PO already got bodied easily by Sanji, so don't see reason to have them fight again when it was already shown PO was outmatched and Drake is not someone to concrete about given his spy and could turn on the group probably in the War, so he won't be designated threat much in the long run.

Just doesn't make sense, well debatable on Jimbei and Sanji who is stronger, but Zoro though have lost a lot of his hype from his fights to say he is 'stronger' than them especially he got more wreck than anyone in their fights this arc. You be lying to say 'he been fine' thus far as he hasn't.

You didn't read anything I wrote, did you?

But that's fine, I'll still answer your question. There's nothing to say we can't presume Sanji would reach that level or won't fight a YC in this arc. But to say that the story is shaping up for Sanji to fight one makes it seem like he's interacted with one, has a previous grudge or that said YC is written in a way that shows us similarity between them. Granted if you're wanting to base a Sanji v Queen on anything you could say they both cried when Komurasaki "died". But even thats a stretch to base any potential fight on?

Everything else you've written doesn't matter as it's not what I'm debating and you're repeating the same points you make about Page One and Drake over the last few months.

To be fair what interactions did Sanji have with Jabra prior to the moment when their fight happened?

Yet Oda decided to match him up against Jabra so "randomly"...

Back then and right now it's the same context pretty much. We are introduced to a group of strong ass monsters with intimidating powers. They are the calamities and the flying six. 9 in total. Flying six may be weaker than the calamities but are (at least some of them) implied to have a comparable strength.

Sanji has already fought Page One and while he didn't win per se he was shown superior. Granted there was invisibility involved but it is what it is and we need to accept the fact that from now on that's how Sanji will fight.

Were the awakened zoan guardians in Impel Down stronger than Luffy? No. But they kept getting up because of their DF nature.

Same logic here.

Again going back to how thing went during the Ennies Lobby arc. Luffy, Zoro, Sanji. Shown to be weaker than CP9. A few chapters later — boom, sudden power up out of nowhere.

We just have to roll with it. It's how One Piece is. Sanji, Zoro and Luffy are all much stronger now than what they used to be just a little while ago.

I'd go a step further - it's not just how OP is, it's how all Shonen manga are! You aren't as strong as them...until you are a few chapters later. There is a great chance the next arc is SH's vs Blackbeard, there really isn't any other Yonko to fight, and Oda has said that before this arc the story was 80% done, so it makes sense. So that means the SH's will be at the level to take on commanders by then...so that should mean they are on that level now, or will be post-Wano.

I did, just explaining my point. Wasn't disrespectful or ignoring what you said.

Also like @Pea's point you don't need to have connection or have interacted with someone in the arc to know they will face them as like with Enies Lobby, is good example since majority of the crew didn't have enemies they interacted with to determine who they face, but still got pair up with the ones fitting for them. Same can be said here as if Luffy going to fight an Yonkos (If Big Mom get involved) with Kidd and Law, then who will take on YCs of King, Queen, Jack, and Smoothie, meaning Sanji, Zoro, Jimbei, Killer, Bepo, and so on will need to take care of them for their captains. Not farfetch to say Sanij will develop stronger than before when going to face King or Queen as both have a lot of hints and writing to go at one another.

Not repeating points, just stating obvious on how things will go in this arc this being huge development for Luffy's and his crew, not Luffy alone. Think your misunderstanding on what I stated for examples.

Exactly except pretty sure the trained off-screen for their powers as Oda doesn't do training arcs for a long period unless reason, so off-screen training is legit in OP. Also Sanji did beat PO, but he recovered, but your right that still Sanji was shown surperior to PO and he wasn't even trying to see him seriously and just testing the suit. Doesn't make sense why rematch or them fighting again or someone that level. Guess we getting Luffy vs Holdem since he is back on his feat as rematch since Luffy didn't take him out longer or face Headliner in same level for his 'major fight'.

Few read into things for wrong reasons or too much at least.

Think he already gone above him at this point. Though Jimbei vs Oven given unfinished business. Challenge to Jimbei given his powers.
How so? Sanji did not defeat oven wci, there is no proof sanji is above oven

Jimbei didn't take out Oven at all either or even shown he was dominant than him. Sanji already have with Oven. So more likely Oven coming for Jimbei to happen.

Luffy's the only one that had a serious and complete fight, the others didn't. Well, he had two, actually, whereas Sanji's fights were skirmishes because they were obstacles in his goals, like getting Luffy out safely or saving his family. WCI isn't and shouldn't be an indicator of anything other than for Luffy.

Luffy thus far had most and serious fights while others didn't have much challenging or incomplete fights. Sanji and Zoro as well, so hopefully everyone get their shine to fight in this All-Out War here.

Apoo seems to be interesting opponent for sanji. Sanji never had a full fight against a supernova. Although apoo can also be matched against kidd or brook

I still think the match with PageOne will continue. Once he spots Sanji I doubt he will just ignore him...
