Anyway, Natsu's emotions dont matter.... at all, Lucy clearly loves him and that means at some point they are getting married. People are too hung up on "both sides need to have feelings" one side is enough, Natsu isnt Gray, hes not turning Lucy down.
Like i said before, the dudes the same as Goku, meaning he's an idiot who cant understand something complicated like love. Its not a question of if Natsu and Lucy get married, they will, 100%. Its a question of how long it takes Lucy to grow some balls and drag Natsu to the altar like Chichi did to Goku. Not the same manga i know, but its the same situation, i'd wager Lucy's balls will drop before Gray's will, Nalu are prob getting married first.

Natsu's statement being more romantic is an opinion. I would easily tell my close friends and family that I wish we could be together forever, but I am sure not telling them that their body is mine unless I intend on pursuing a romantic or sexual relationship with them. Carla being a cat doesn't change the evidence that saying "we'll be together forever" isn't necessarily a romantic statement and not proof of Natsu's romantic feelings.

Actually, for a man to say he owns a woman's body is misogynistic and doesn't imply and romantic feelings but lustful ones. For a man to respond to denying a kiss as "being together forever" is quite romantic because he is thinking about the long term and what's best for the both of them and not solely what his wang wants.

Natsu has been put in positions before other females naked but he did not nothing like this.So we can't say he has not shown romance or sexual attraction towards Lucy.

Naah, but on a serious note Young Erza's feelings towards Jellal seemed like infatuation more than anything, she was taken with him as a leader more than as a person, which is why I dont place much emphasis on her feelings towards him as a kid.
Juvia's seemed more headstrong from the beginning which is why I think that ship had a stronger beginning than JerZa.

Gave it a nine bcs their sisterly bond was one of the best things to come from the GMG. They were the female Stingue.

Wendy had doubts about leaving Lamia Scale, solely due to Sherria. This is one of the best parts of Avatar imo.

I think this is my third time posting for this relationship out of all the ratings so far, so don't expect me to hold back this time as well As Takuan said, this really is one of the best friendships in the whole series. This is quite impressive if you consider all the spotight Fairy Tail gets,so it also helps to showcase a rival guild, Lamia Scale. Not to mention in the main guild, there's no one of Wendy's age group (Romeo doesnt count) who she can get along with, meaning with Sherria she has someone of her age who she can share interests. The same goes for Sherria, I think she's probably the youngest in Lamia Scale? I could be wrong on that, but with Jura barely around (Due to being a Wizard Saint), Lyon forever skirt chasing other women and Tobi and Yuka together due to their own skit, someone like Wendy provides a really good companion for the girl. They even have similar magic types which only fuels this ship more.
They started out as enemies on opposing sides, much like GruVia, except this time it was in a competition and not a bad blood rivalry:

But at the end of the fight they quickly became friends (This was a really heartwarming moment, probably the best ending to all the GMG fights in my opinion):

And turned out to have the same love for sugary things on the last day of the games in the party:

Since that point onward, it's just been smooth sailing onward for them. Once the guild was disbanded, Wendy (along with Carla) joined Lamia Scale where Sherria was and together they formed a singing group, the Sky Sisters:

And the moment Natsu came to take her back to Fairy Tail, trouble brewed:

The two of them as a team went out to handle Orochi Fin, which showed that in their time together at Lamia Scale they had also honed their teamwork together. This showed later on in Alvarez, but I'll touch on that shortly :

Natsu did save them in the end, but due to this they discussed something that was a long way coming. Wendy had her reservations about leaving Lamia Scale (It should be noted this was the first member of the gang who didn't immediately pack up and go back home). But with some encouragement from Sherria (and probably one of the best panels in the series for me), Wendy finally agreed to going back:

And finally with Alvarez where they teamed up to fight against the Spriggan 12 member, Dimaria Yesta:

One thing I adore about this moment is the fact that both of them were willing to sacrifice themselves for the other. Wendy had initially begged Ultear to use Third Origin on her, which would mean the sacrifice of her magical abilities forever:

But in the end, Sherria was the one who got the powerup, which allowed her to defeat Dimaria, along with protecting Wendy and Carla:

Naturally, this whole ship rating is a bunch of opinions, and everything i've said or will be saying here is nothing but that.
Gray said "maybe" her body should be his, which means he's still mulling it over, like he has been doing for the entire series. If you wanted you could claim that Juvia is in the same spot she was 7 years ago.
As for "being together forever" being evidence, i already told you, it isnt, like Grays answer isnt, but saying we'll be together forever has more meaning when said between a man and a woman. Also, as Arjuna mentioned, Natsu has shown sexual interest in Lucy, groping her intentionally and showing a desire to see her naked. Intentionally grabbing a chicks boobs>saying maybe your body should be mine.

You're right, it is head canon, like this whole ship rating.
Sure, Lucy may not want a relationship, and she may never have the balls to confess, just like Gray may never actually commit to Juvia and Juvia may have been making the whole love thing up as a joke on Gray for when she can finally tell him to go screw himself. The manga's over, no one is married(apart from Bisca and Alzac) all we can do now say what we think may happen later

I would be, if that pansy didnt always turn the poor girl down. But yeah, ive considered Gruvia canon since the ToH arc. After watching ToH it was obvious that there was absolutely no chance that those two wouldnt end up together, it was only a matter of time.

In Gmg when it was said Lucy was taking a shower after her match with Flare, Elfman told Natsu not to go and Erza had to grab Natsu from running to go see Lucy showering.

And Mira in mystery of fairy tail said Gray was sneaking into hotbaths to see Juvia while Natsu wanted to see Lucy and Jet/Droy wanted to see Levy.

The problem isn’t Natsu. It’s Mashima’s consistency.

Don’t most kid relationship start around crushes? That’s why they grow to something more.

Also Jellal, especially young Jellal, is totally crush worthy. So props to young Erza for having good taste.

Their relationship being the most developed is pretty debatable, especially when you have other relationships that are developed well.

Not really. They had the most development throughout the series. We saw their relationship evolve to the point that they more comfortable around each other than even actual couples.

Where? There's rarely been any romantic undertones, and I've been trying to look for it to support Natsu-Lucy shipping. Their deeper moments lack anything deeper than friendship, especially because of Natsu.

There has actually been a lot of romantic undertones. Lucy going with Natsu over a potential boyfriend. Natsu keeping all the momentos of his missions with Lucy. In Dragon Cry, Natsu asking Lucy what she sees when she looks at him twice. He was actually afraid (the second time) of what she saw when he went his Dragon transformation. He also took her kind of on a date by showing her the stars. Lucy's home is basically Natsu's home. Natsu brought an entire tree to Lucy's house when she was sick so she could see the sakura blossoms. He was constantly thinking of her when she was sick as well. Natsu letting Lucy wear his scarf.

There are still more than this that suggest Natsu does have feelings for Lucy but he just shows them through actions rather than words. Lucy's feeling are obvious while Natsu's feeling are more subtle and underlined.

How is it a marriage proposal? One would say that to a fiend as well, especially if the person saw a friend as a sibling. That is in no way a marriage proposal, but Natsu seeing Lucy as an important and close friend that he wants by his side. Not necessarily romantic.

Because asking someone to be with them together forever is a major commitment, which is what marriage is. When has Natsu ever asked his other friends to stay with him forever?

I don't know about you but I sure as hell don't do half the stuff NaLu does with my friends or my siblings.

These two are literally the dream couple of Fairy Tail. Two fan-favourite characters, both incredibly strong and enjoyably different from each other. They belong together!!! And they needed your 11’s/10’s.

Now Mirajane is probably the only Fairy Tail member – maybe aside from Gildarts – that Laxus showed great admiration for. He acknowledged her strength at the beginning of the series before most guild members had seen her Satan Soul. At the Grand Magic Games, Laxus stated that Mirajane “isn’t someone you want to piss off” after she showed her Sitri Soul. On the other side, Mirajane seemed to care a lot about Laxus the other day he got poisoned by Demon Gate Tempesta.

Let’s start the comment section of with a hater. Here’s kira: “Can I give a -11 too? If not then 0.” You can’t give a 0 either though, heh. Jko must be shocked at that comment: “Man they should've been confirmed in the end. The pairing is a couple baddasses being badasses together. What's not to like? I do wish they both got more screen time together.” Yes, there’s nothing not to like! Takuan doesn’t complain either: “Why not. Imo, the best Laxus ship all around.” It’s not like there’s much competition .

Emperor Spriggan remembers their peak: “Tartaros moment was pretty touching.” Yes. Tirl doesn’t think they’re a real couple though: “Maybe not a canon, but has few good moments and also looks beautiful and harmonic.” The majority of the ships in this rate aren’t canon. Oh, Mashima. Lenny serves a #throwback on a Monday: “I can kind of see them together, but I would have loved to see them as a couple when they were teenagers and Mirajane was still Majin Mirajane LOL.”
