Does anyone have data on what the anime sales boost was like for series like Spy x Family and Kaiju no. 8? (I guess Dandadan too since that should be easier to find) I’d be curious to know what sales were like pre-anime especially, since it feels like most Jump+ series that don’t have anime are nowhere near those titans and I’d be curious to see what the boost potential is for some current popular series that aren’t selling gangbusters.

You can look at the curve of monthly sales for all three of those series here, though the data is out of date. As you can see all three were selling significantly more than anything else on the platform pre-anime, Spy x Family and Kaiju in particular showing enourmous growth pre-anime (though in Kaiju's case it compltely crumpled). This doesn't tell you how the backlogs were when the anime released though. You can probably get that by scrolling back in the Oricon thread on this forum.

As for what series in the current Plus lineup would have a shot at blowing up? I guess the best bets would be on Girl Meets Rock and Kindergarten Wars since they already sell. I'm a huge Centuria fan and feel like it's the type of story that would hook a lot of people, but the fact that so many people are already reading it and not buying makes me a bit aprehensive to predict it to blow up.
