Never even finished AC 1...got bored doing the same crap over and over accomplishing nothing...most fun I've have in the game was doing leaps into the hay. I admit though that the story was probably really good as many people has said, but I wouldn't know since I lost track
My brother played all of them and I actually watched him most of the time because the story was going interesting, but everything else was just..meh

AC1 is literally trash in comparison to AC2, you should really give it a shot.

On the Xbox pricing issue...

The GPU is almost the same for both...ATI (or whatever its name is, it changed names so many times) is making the GPU for both and it's custom built for their respective architecture, but performance wise it's kinda the same...

GDDR5 is way more expensive, but on the flip side Xbox is heavily relying on cloud computations...and maintaining cloud features is pretty expensive...

I think the main issue is Kinect, and Xbox's contracts with their other huge media partners...when money starts to flow in from those contracts and the investment will prove worthwhile, that's when we should see a price drop IMO..

Wouldn't really say the GPU performance will be the same. The X1's GPU has been said to be close to a HD 7790 whilst the PS4's is closer to a HD 7870 which is a pretty significant difference, not too sure on the reliability of these reports though.

Considering how it's meant to be launched so soon yet they're not confident enough to use the comparable dev kits is pretty worrying. The developers behind The Witness and Infamous:SS have already replied by saying that they were running their games off of the dev kits they were provided with. Yet another misstep by MS it seems. There has also been a report circulating that the Xbox twitter page mentioned that banned Xbox users will no longer have access to their games on the X1, though they then went back on that shortly after, so who knows.

OMG I felt the exact same way... and then I think that the other games must be the same too.

And then someone is like "but it has a great story..." bish please if I wanted just a story I would read a book, I expect way more in a game.

I do like to play games in order if they are direct sequels. The only franchise that I've played and skipped the first one was F.E.A.R and the frist one was probably the best...too scary for me though >_< Which is another reason I loved the Final Fantasy franchise...they all had their own stories. So now that they're doing the direct sequels, it kinda irks me a bit especially since the story and characters are nowhere near as memorable as the likes of 1-X.

I liked the idea of AC don't get me wrong, but the overall experience never appealed to me.

On another note, it seems things are just getting worst for MS...I like it

Seriously. Oh. My. God. The fact that Xbox One devkits were basically pc's is not a big deal (at least I don't think it is) the big deal is that their Windows 7 PC's. As a guy using a Windows 8 PC I'm not in the least surprised.(a tablet interface, no start menu, and no BIOS screen; how are those improvements?)

Yes many people pointed that out, however, many other people pointed out that the kit they were using wasn't similar to what's in the Xone. Saying they use Nvidia powered GPU instead of AMD GPU that the Xone one is supposed to have. And yeah, seems MS doesn't trust their own Win 8OS

Well there's nothing to trust about the windows 8, because it's still a new OS....even Win7 had it's driver problems from time to time in the beginning along with other interesting stuff...the same happens with win8 as well...the only thing is that win8 doesn't age well on a PC ...I would've reinstalled win7 if it weren't for the win8.1 rumors...

And in regards to gaming...you have seen the numerous network problems, game freezes and so forth, even with established drivers of the win7

I don't know about that...I've never had problems running games on win7.

Found this on the PS4.... if this is the case then it wouldn't really be significantly different from what xbox one is currently doing The difference would be the way each one chose to present their information. Xbox1 was more upfront on the matter while sony conveniently washed their hands of the issue and dumping it on someone else, the developers. The only real deal breaker with the xbox1 in comparison to the PS4 would in this case be the connection and perhaps a couple other things which overall are not too serious (at least IMO). Any thoughts?

Pretty old news, Sony has clarified this by saying that he was referring to online passes, publishers can choose to implement online passes but Sony won't be doing that. Basically, nothing is going to be changed from the PS3.
