No, thanks for the information though, but it was actually Code Geass I was talking about :XD I've yet to try Fumoffu and the last season but they're definitely on the agenda.
Doh! :XD

in the little thing that says "whos online" in the main forum screan, why does az's name have a plus sign after her name?
I believe a plus sign means that Az is on your buddy list :amuse

surgery? :wtf are you okay? :(
Yeah, it's going to be a knee surgery that I've been putting off having done >.> I screwed it up a few years ago, and they wanted to fix it then, but I didn't let them. And recently I torqued it even more and did more damage to it >.> So they want to go in and repair the meniscus, at the very least.

OMG!!! Azurel!!! :hug
Congratulations on your graduation and also I can see you're a mod now, congrats on that too! :thumbs

@Lady H- I'm guessing your knee is not causing you any pain eventhough you've screwed it... or else you would have ran to the doctors to fix your knee right away... :XD anyway, how did you manage to live with a screwed knee for years?

>.> It does hurt =p It locks up and is always swollen and stiff. It randomly starts to throb, especially when it's cold/rain/inclement. I hate doctors, and surgery. Surgery scares me, honestly. That's why I put it off till now, but the only way for me to play hockey again this summer is to get it done, the day after I finish finals.

Luckily they've just got to snip off a ripped piece of my meniscus that keeps getting stuck in the joint. Recovery time isn't bad, and I'll be able to play hockey by mid june if I push myself hard in physical therapy. Since the surgery is mostly arthroscopic, from what I can tell, there won't be much damage or scarring =D

I just kept putting it off because surgery isn't safe >.> In my mind, at least xD The only time I had surgery was last summer when I didn't have a choice after I nicked part of my finger off at work >.> They had to re-attach it :p Surprisingly, there's very little scaring...

@lady h-So it does hurt.....(sorry I joked about it before...) you must really really hate doctors and surgery to be able to put up with all the pain..... so how did you come to hate doctors? bad childhood experience with doctors?
btw, i hate surgery too.... i had my appendic removed a few years ago... laying in bed and being pushed into the surgery room scared the hell out of me...

PY! :tackle but! you're gonna be gone for a few days :crying is that because of the "holy week?"

There's a manga? I haven't read it, but I love the anime.
yep. I don't know how they're animated though. That's why I have a hard time attempting to start because it has actually 3 different manga, which might be how the seasons are divided in the anime?

Hahahahaa, when I had an endoscopy they gave me something like that too, but it was a spray that first made my throat feel strange, like i couldn´t move it....then all that i remember was seeing flashes of my mom, colors, my stomach on the tv, a field, the doctor laughing, nothing, and then somekind of pain when they took the camera out my throat. All in bright shiny psychodelic colors. ;pp

After the exam was over, i think i was "drunk" for 6 hours...it´s a very strange feeling.

the thing that was most bothersome with surgery was the wakin up part, the pills had lost their effect so i had a slight pain n then i was afraid to move cause of the stitches even though they wouldnt have been affected if i decided to go for a walk i was still very very very cautious..

@ pirate, i think patrick and i should break up. i met a guy on thursday so yeah...

i've just had a surgery on my left hand on friday...(therefore typing single handed, annoyingl ._.). The weaking up thingie was quite fine for me though. although i wke uo when they still had that tube or whatever stuck inside of my throat. i think i passed out immediately again when they pulled it out. and proof: i'm talking too much english...when i woke up and they asked me if i'm in pain, i seriously answered in english.. :XD
and for the stitches...they just took off the plaster today to see how the wound is healing...it looks okay they say and i should be able to move it normally, but it's still kinda blocked and painfull. the whole back of my hand is numb though and if you tough the stitches a liiiiiiittle bit, it really hurts. ( i woke up because i accidently touched it during sleep...)
So i'm quite restricted in movements and don't dare to even try moving it... ^^;

It's embarrassing to have to ask your little sister (15 years old) to tie your shoes for you...(when you are 21)
