Ah, its never good to put pressure on a an injured hand. kinda remind me of sports anime when the main character refuse to give up the game and continued playing with an injury and they ended up in the hospital for a few months after that. well, hope ur hand recovers soon ^^

aah, don't worry, it's getting better now =)
i can even drive a car again although it does hurt sometimes a bit. and i'm able to type with both hands again, too

running in a garbage bag sucks... you sweat so much that after the first mile, you are no longer running, you are swiming. but it burns a ohuge ammount of calories....

i had to work ten hours the other day... it sucks dont it? at least you dont walk to work. nothing like walking for forty minutes before a nice long ten hours on your feet! XD at least your work doesnt poisen you >_>; im allegic to something we clean with. my left hand is literlly splitting open. i've got sores all over it. and the stuff we use to sanitize our hands? holy hell does that sting! my mom's doing her panicy thing, saying im gunna get septicemia (or h/e you spell that. blood poisening.) but at least now i know what it is im allergic to. as long as i keep a rubber band on my wrist to keep my glove shut, i shouldnt have a problem. besdies my hand turning purple XD but apperently, the stuff we use that im allergic to is the watered down stuff, and a lot of people have a problem with it. my manager says that if so much as a cup of the condensed stuff is spilled, we HAVE to call hazmat XD

And Rabb, you should try wearing a glove if you are in contact with detergent everyday. Split skin or allergy is actually very common among cleaners. Also, apply lots of hand moisturizer. ^^

so i keep hearing and i do wear gloves, but since i have to reach down into the stuff, the gloves dont hold too well. with the rubber band, they fair a little better; my hands stay dry until the water osmosises (if it wasn't a verb, it is now) it's way threw

Also, apply lots of hand moisturizer. ^^

yes. definitely. Work is fun. not.
for work i need to get up at 5 am in the morning to be in time (7:45am) at the office. it takes me 1,5 hours to get there. walk to the bus station (20 minutes), take the bus (40 minutes), wait for the tram (10 minutes), take the tram (20 minutes) and walk to the office (10 minutes). during that time, fighting to stay awake...then reaching the office...and depends on which works i'll be assigned to, it's either fun (like setting up Access databases when you have never ever even taken a look at access ---> let them give you a 1000 pages handbook and stick to "learning by doing" ) or it can be hell (like copy-pasting analysis for 8 hours non-stop...seriously...you'll go nuts -__-)
at least it brings money...so that i can pay my 658~somewhat € for the next semester ;________;

eeeeeeerm, i think my knees are the joints with which i am having the fewest problems actually >.> Maybe you mix it up with my shoulder? <.< that was hurt last season though...it's (surprisingly/amazingly) really fine this season though o.O
And my hand? i just overdid it again i'd say
well, due to overexertion a ganglion grew in my left hand and blocked the tendons and nerves of my fingers...so i couldn't move it properly anymore. so it had to be taken out. Sadly the season is still on and my team is fighting against relegation, but it was unavoidable. Especially since if i waited for the season to end (12. April), and i took the surgery after that, i would be unable to do any sports for 4 weeks during my studies - which is not a good option if you are a sport student like me. and if you are out for 4 of 14 weeks of the semester, the profs will kick you out of the practical courses. So i didn't have any other option. I just hope they can hold the league.
But at least the hand is healing well at the moment. I even drove a car yesterday again, although i still can't move it that well. I can't bend my hand at all yet. but at least i'm getting my power back and can type with both hands again

i think the major thing for me was once highschool was down, i could stay up til 4, 5, 6 in the morning, chating on here or gaming, which is a lot of time of activity with little to no food, plus it made dinner, my biggest meal of the day, right in the middle of my day, which had to help. then i stopped watching tv (which cut a huge ammount of calories out of my diet, cus that is when i snacked the most) and then i cut out caffine, which retains fat (not to mention all the sugar and shit in the soda and coffee)
