i can use photoshop a little bit....

ugh. i was just playing halo (the first one) on the second hardest difficulty, on my second least favorite level. damn thing went on and on... wave after wave of the flood... my assault rifle just like a bullet hose, shot gun for the combat zombies, grenades for the large groups, fall back, take on one wave at a time, use corners and cover so i only had to deal with a couple at a time, occasionally dropping my AR for a pistol to shoot off limbs (or they respawn) and sniping (cus that pistol is insanely good. my friends and i call it the short sniper rifle)

now im sure most of you didn't read that, so I'll sum that all up:

i know the basic touch-ups that you can do with pictures, but i couldn't make a cool sig or anything like that with it. and i know you guys know that, but after a single mission that took the better half of an hour of nothing but killing zombie-like creatures... that level fails so hard...

ah, so zindryr has been affected by sakura and/or ichi, then? *cocks his sig* time to pay him a visit...

sox won again even though there was that thing with the ball landing on the line... that was just retarded... i wonder what my brother in law thought of that... he umps all the time, loves baseball, and loves the sox... which is good cus my sister (a Rhodie) and my nephew and niece (both mass-holes, like myself) are all Yankees fans... i cant figure out how i got a family full of traiters...

Yeah, go Red Sox ( PY was pretty happy about them winning. ) Now it's just a matter of getting a Sox pitcher other than Beckett to actually pull out a W.

Yeah that was a really debatable call. I just wish Manny hadn't stopped at first, he could have gotten a triple at least with that, if Ortiz had managed to go first to home on it

Hmm... i will be working until around 2pm on Saturday and then i gotta teach a class at 4. Later on, my friends will be gathering for a barbeque party. Sunday, cd shopping and sleep... maybe.

weekend? i might buy some lacrosse equipment. i'm thinking of joining the lacrosse team but not sure yet though.

It's pretty easy to pickup, Lil ^^ I had a couple of friends who started playing their sophomore or junior year in high school, and they had no problem with it. The hardest thing is getting used to the throwing, catching, and cradling movements...it feels a bit awkward at first, but you get used to it

I think you should just go for it...sticks come pretty cheap these days, unless you get the really fancy kind. If you're just starting, I would just get one of the basic brands, like STX or Brine, and once you really start to kick some butt out there on the field, you can go and spoil yourself with a nicer one ^^ But just to warn you, lacrosse is a running sport, so be prepared to sweat

Yassi, lacrosse is similar to hockey or basketball in strategy...more similar to basketball, probably. But it's your standard field sport, so if you're familiar with soccer, the rules wouldn't be too difficult to pick up. Although, men's and women's lacrosse are very different, and obviously, I only have experience with the women's version

The ball is about the size of a tennis ball, maybe a bit larger...but it's much heavier, and rubber. It hurts like hell to get hit with it, trust me
