according to wikipedia, it's more unhealthy for you compared to cigerettes though the study results are skewed. i'll let you guys decide it for yourself.

my aunt bought like, 6 of them and it's what she gave each of the other moms in our clan. forgot where she got it though, but it was from another country. Kyahahaha.

we just thought that security would think it was a bong instead of a hookah pipe. i'm sure that he would have been okay if they knew what it was. he just didn't want to risk it since it wasn't popular at the time.

I thought it would be, but as long as you get a tobacco with a smooth smoke (Hookah Hookah is best for first timers, very little tobacco in it, and Havana kind isn't so bad.) and get the better flavours: strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, guava, etc, you should be fine

Avoid the Tangiers kind if you are sensitive. It's very strong if you aren't used to it. It's also more expensive.

my friends who tried it liked it and said it was fun. however, when i first heard it, they told me that they shared the same tube and just inhaled whatever was in the hookah. it didn't sound sanitary however that was what i heard in greece so i'm sure us's hookah bars are much more regulated and a lot safer.

i'm not 100% sure on this, but bongs are completly legal, as long as they are not used to smoke anything illegal.

haha this probably will never happen. there are no hookah places near i live or where i go to school so you don't have to worry about my lungs.

Sometimes I'm forced to smoke, not hookah though. cigs. because sometimes the people I hang out with smoke, and it's like i inhale everything they exhale. Sometimes it eases when I just smoke as well. It's more painful if I'm all second-hand.

second hand smoke can be just as bad as smoking so it's understandable.

btw, how is your thesis going? i hope that you are doing fine.

I'm going at a veeeeery slow rate, considering I have all these deadlines.
It's this belief I have that design can never be rushed. But sometimes, it's just do or die. I go with Khal on the "despair!" boat. -_-

maybe you should take a break from writing it and come back to your thesis when you're refreshed?

the problem with architectural theses is that it's not just writing.

It'd have been easy if it was just writing papers and stuff. It's manual labor, CAD, model-making, 3D, and all the energy I need to exert to come up with a seemingly very inspired work. keh. But this is the profession i've chosen... except that because it's a thesis it should be really big-time. I can't wait till I get it over and done with, and I can go back to designing cute little houses.

how big does your thesis project have to be? when you get your degree, is it safe for me to assume that you could design my future house? ^^
