Use snooze mode more and have less alarm clocks. I have two clocks. The first one is a traditional digital clock with easy to reach Snooze button. I set it about an hour early, so I don't really sleep the last hour of my bedtime, because I have to push the button every 5 minutes. The other one is an alarm clock in my cell phone. It's set to signal me when I really have to wake up. It's put aside, as far as possible from bed. I have no choice, I have to get out of bed to switch it's alarm off.

the three i have: one close to the bed starts ringing about half an hour before i need to get up. snoose snoose snoose.
second rings when i really need to get up, doesnt have snoose function.
third in the other end of my appartment.... the problem is that i don even notice the clocks ring.
i just sleep through it

You should really set the alarm in the cell phone. I hate it sometimes, but it's vibroalarm is very efective. The fact is that the vibration begins very suddenly and the sound signal starts few moments later. Quite often I manage to put the alarm out even before the sound has begun. Try that.

i tried a version of it.. i have a shelf like a meter over my bed and i put mu phone there on the
edge so the vibrations would bring it down and it would hit my head....
it worked perfectly for a couple of days, then it hit my eye.... and that hurt!

But it worked, didn't it. Sometimes you have to hurt yourself, to change some bad habits.

I have another thing to advise. Try to get as much sleep as possible. After I had goofed bigtime, all the winter long, lately I wake up by myself, without the alarm clocks around 6-7 o'clock in the morning. Call it "sleep overdose" if you like, but that's a fact in my case.

Get a bed vibrator alarm. That's what we deaf people use. Set it to the time you want to wake up and you'll feel like there's an earthquake. Though it never worked on my ex gf, but she's impossible. I actually don't require it, since the sun's always done the trick in waking me up.

Unless it rains or it's cloudy, in which case I'm screwed ( which does sometimes happen. )

Try this trick. Set your stereo to make some noise at <insert> Time.
Always does the trick for me.

Also a great way to wake up with a bang.

In that case you have to live alone in the forest. From such a bang everyone in your house or appartement will get up at the same time, as well as every one else in the radius of 25-50 metres.

Besides i am not suggesting uber loud. Just enough to push u to wake up.

Aahh, cinism. I like it. Makes you seem cruel, but reflects the painful side of reality better than anything else.

That's why having an own house will be nice I think.
Because you can be as loud as you want.

I live in a semidetached house so sometimes you'll go on your neighbour's nerve if you are too loud.

not the first thing that came to my mind but yeah thats something to think about...
i heard her drop a chair once and honestly for a few seconds i really thought she
left... but she didnt...

yeah sure a house could be nice but then you have to do the gardening and cut the grass and all that stuff..
