John Glover as Sylar's Dad? OMG! The casting crew made a tremendously good choice, this just amazes me.

As for the 'Volume' Finale: The only points of this Episode that I enjoyed were the deaths of Knox (pure awesome), Eric Doyle (did Sylar get this guys power?), Meredith (presumably) and Flint (presumably). I'm not too keen on how they 'killed' Sylar, but obviously using Glass was their way of having an easy, plausible way for Sylar to 'die' but survive to come back in Volume 4. Was the death of the army guy really necessary? A guy with super strength would have been a nice addition to Nathans task force....

season 3 is finally over.. wow.. this show is getting to the point of unwatchable.. hopefully season 4 will be better...

Season 3 Isn't over. Season 3 is split into two Volumes: Volume 3 and Volume 4. The first half of Season 3 is over, the next half will start up Feb 2.

Here is a summary of some of the key details from the most recent Behind the Eclipse Q&A.

Here you go:

1) They clarify that in the Heroes universe that while time-traveling a character can touch themselves in the past.
2) The Haitian's use of his ability is not perfect and that enables some characters to break through. However, when he was controlling Arthur's abilities he did not have enough energy to also dampen Sylar's abilities.
3) They again confirm that they are happy to have Bryan Fuller back, but avoid answering a question about Fuller saying the show was "too dense"
4) There are no plans right now for Hiro to learn more about his mom, but he might in the future
5) The catalyst is dead
6) As per previous spoilers, we will definitely learn more about Sylar
7) Isaac was a more prolific precog than Usutu and that is probably why his comics and art are still coming true.
8) No lunar eclispe is planned
9) In Volume 4 we learn more about Matt and Usutu's relationship
10) While explaining why Mrs Nakamura did not heal herself or why Linderman didn't either, they confirm that there are "limits" to powers.
11) Claire and Hiro have changed the past
12) There is no formula in the past for Hiro to get his powers back (we already learned how he returns to the present)
13) We will learn more about Angela's history in Volume 4
14) They confirmed that Hiro's mom and Charles Devereaux died of natural causes.
15) Mohinder can not make any more of the serum with the formula and catalyst gone
16) Eric Thompson Jr. and Sparrow Redhouse could possibly appear in Volume 5

I guess there's hope for gabriel yet.

Or atleast this conflict gives him purpose. A place where he will not be considered a villain if his fighting to survive and needs other heroes to actually stand a chance.

Or basically his just thinking....mmmmm....cake?!?!

I guess Volume 4 is where they press the reboot button. With Fuller back who knows what he's talking about, Heroes won't be inconsistent like it was. Kring is a great creator but not a great writer, he needs to right people around him. That's why Season 1 was so good.

sorry didn't really follow this thread but did the Haitian runaway after knowing he cannot beat sylar oh he just mysteriously disappeared.. allowing Sylar to kidnap other people

Peter ordered the haitian to go after sylar.

But did anybody noticed arthur's body wasn't there? By the time the soldier woke nathan his body wasn't there, anybody thinks thats kinda suspicious?

They can't burn and that was the point of destroying Primatech and Pi...hearst.

They can't burn, true, but if the building falls on top of them they can die.

Flint might be alive, but meredith really doubtful cuz the building was coming down due to the fire.

But then again anything is possible.

Wow, I have not posted here in a while. I have to say that the season finale was pretty awesome and heading in a great direction too. As for Peter, they really outght to find him something to make his character grow stronger. did anyone realize how they chose black man to play the president (obama?) Anyways, i thought that was cool and funny too

I don't get why peter was trying so hard not to fall from the plane when he can fly. I mean what gives?

Sylar was brilliant in this episode, makes me wonder if he is the only one trying hard.

The others just complain about normal and abnormal and don't do anything....Just whiners...


Laughing, maybe his power has limits that it didn't have before.
