the death change everything dude, every popular artist have his period when he's at the top and everyone talking bout him. if you die at that moment, u become a living legend. and its like ppl are not allowed to say bad thing bout you. you know i even see some ppl they don't know shit bout 2pac but cuz they heard everyone saying yo 2pac is da best, they say the same to show they know something. the hiphop community change a lot, even 50cent had his time, everybody was listening to him, interested in his story bout him being shooted 9 times etc.... now the same ppl threat him like garbage. but imagine if he had died back then. it would be 50cent the god atm, or imagine Nas and jay-z killing each other right after Ether, ppl would be arguing atm who was the best between nas and pac

I don't know about 50 Cent in that comparison, but I think Nas and Jay-Z is a good one. Could be.

But this isn't my point. I wasn't trying to trash Tupac, I like his work a lot.

Pac was in the game for about 6yrs...EM has double that time and album releases....and he is only ahead by 6million sells.that's with help of internet,Pac did not have this luxury of advertisement...his death has nothing to do with what he sold and when he sold it.the numbers don't lie.....

and FYI EM albums sales worldwide> 100 millions with 7 albums. 2pac is around 75millions with 12albums. that make more than 6m. u're knocking at the wrong door
