Actually the fact that they decided not to say who does Kylo is interesting, why not? If he is actually a she, Christie, that alone would be reason enough. Though, to keep the figure enigmatic behind the mask, it also makes sense not to announce the casting.

Kinda all over the place. Not really sure what to make of Batman's voice either.

I'm kinda...open to that voice; it's easier to make out than Bale's for sure. I love the line "tell me, do you bleed?" that's gonna be a fan favourite.

I liked the trailer. It really seems like superman will turn out to be some sort of antagonist... gone crazy with power. And the god damned batman will set him straight. Interestingly given the context of the movie it really seems like batman will be the god damned batman. Superman as an enemy makes sense. As a protagonist he is weak because he is fundamentally perfect in more ways than not. In turn that makes him the ultimate enemy. I knew the movie was about them fighting it off but it really seems like it will take a much darker turn than expected.

I think Superman is incredibly boring as a character. I like Batman a lot more.

But the idea of them fighting each other is pretty ridiculous to me. Batman wouldn't stand a chance. :XD

I watched American Sniper. It was a pretty good war movie. 7/10 Sorry, but Saving Private Ryan is still my number 1 favorite

Rationally speaking batman shouldn't stand a chance. In terms of physical capacity and intellect he should be a microbe next to superman. But then again that is basically every underdog story ever. Underdog stories are at their core irrational. And that is what is going to make the movie interesting if anything. Seeing batman psychologically torturing superman and slowly peeling his strength away through whatever underhanded tactics he can come up with. And then showing superman that while he is welcome on earth it would be damn wise of him to be scared of humans.

Didn't get partcilar feels from the trailer. The voice was pretty cool, and was the helmet (exo-skeleton?) thing. I wonder if this will be interesting. Superman is a boring character, Batman less so. However, based on abilities Batman should no have a chance at all. But for the movie to stay interesting, he has to really put a good fight. So yah, kinda curious to see what comes out, but not having my hopes up.

What underhanded tactics could you be speaking of? You're talking about a guy who refuses to kill people...

I guess it depends on the source but batman kills plenty of people... I would think his code is more of a suggestion for him. And not killing people does not mean he cannot use underhanded tactics. He is in principle a ninja, he would groinkick unceremoniously if it got him what he wanted. Batman is all about the traps and the sneak attacks, fear and psychological torture (and literal torture). Batman simply does not give a crap. Just look at the movie on which the film will be inspired on...

Eh well, it's not like the Superman vs Batman argument is even really relevant. This is supposed to be "setup" movie after all. It's not like Batman needs to succeed in doing what he's doing. But it does make the premise feel pretty hollow.

Although it's obviously newly recorded. Not only because of the end where he says "you have it too" or whatever, but you can hear it in his voice. That's not the exact replica of how he said it (tone wise) in RotJ. Great trailer though. I liked the one before even if it was kind of skinny, but this one was much better.

Seems like Batman is using some voice alteration device in this version. Makes much more sense, instead of the awkward voice Bale had to make on his own. Sounds too robotic to me though...

You can hear his voice sounds differently, very much so really.

He did, but they only used it for the reverb on it according to the interview. If you pay close enough attention to it you can hear whispers trailing off of his voice in the trailer.

And no, it doesn't sound differently to me at all actually, it's just remastered/chopped up

And then the rest of the clips from the trailer follow. Idk, sounds identical to me. :XD

The new avenger movie is good, as usual with this kind of movies. But, like the first one, it's maybe a little too much oriented towards pure action. I like the funny bits and there are not enough of those moments. It's solid, clinical but I felt more for gotg.

I won't spoil as it isn't out in some countries.
