I loved Hellboy for Del Toros vision. It looked brilliant, managed to carry the kinda unique mood the artstyle gives to the comics, while still being completly new, Del Toros own.
Scott Pilgrim and Kick-Ass were hilarious films. Especially enjoyed Kick-Ass. It was pretty damn intense.
Watchmen, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and V for Vendetta are all comics by the same author, Alan Moore. Other two are good films, but the League was horrible and it shares practically nothing in common with the comic. And all three are better in comic form. Though V for Vendetta is close.
Sin City and 300 are also by the same comic artis, Frank Miller. For the films, both look very good. Sin City had more depth to it though and was a better film. 300 was hardly more than one long action scene.
History of Violence is in my opinion slightly underrated. The finale felt bit silly, but otherwise it was a great film. The Crow was brilliant for something of it's time, but in my opinion sligtly overrated. Still good though.
On the topic of comicfilms, I wonder if all hope is lost about Blacksad and Bone animation films. Both are excellent comics, in my all-time top 10, and that's including manga. For both rights were sold and plans made, but there has been no news on neither since 2008. I guess those were burn by the production hell.
(Bone is about 3 "bone" creatures, who are fugitives from Bonevillage. They end up In The Valley, were rat creatures terrorize the folk and The Red Dragon has been spotted. Starts as a comedy and developes into a fantasy epic.
Blacksad is a spanish comic about a private detective Blacksad in film noir style set in late 50's US. The twist is, that all characters are anthropomorphic animals. The characters race usually reflects his/her personality and part in the story. For example the police are mostly canids, while the underground people are reptilians.

I loved it. Such a laugh! I wouldn't say it was better than the first one but similarly different. The composition of the story was all the same but with so many differences that made it hilarious. Alan is as funny as you'd expect him to be and MUCH MORE 
And a great cameo at the end!
