That "Pixar Theory" has me thinking big time. I think, I'm going to watch all the films throughout the week. Very interesting.

Man of Steel sequel to feature Batman. Unexpected, but will this work?.

Elysium looks to be the only interesting movie left for me to go see in theaters. Sorry, but I don't think "The Wolverine" will be worth my money (even on IMAX). Hopefully, "Oldboy" will deliver in October. Don't screw this up, Spike!!.

Well, to me it looks super bad. Plus, I think keanu is one of the worst actors on planet Earth. To be honest, I prefer authentic samurai films--which seems to be the total opposite of the film trailer you posted. Therefore, I totally understand your skepticism.

the movie looks more fantasy... I do like fantasy movies, but this one looks bad... especally being the sotry of 47 samurais(I'd like a more historical oriented movie)

Haters, 13 Assassins was good too despite those weird CGI scenes. I've waited long enough for a good Keanu movie, his last one was a total flop, the other one was a bad remake, I'm open for some good eastern fantasy action.

Seen Oblivion, shouldn't have. döh So much I've already seen about a dozen times over the last twenty years already. I would have appreciated less CGI, more actors or at least let those have some kind of personality or character and maybe some real interaction, not this boring thing I've wasted my time on. It all seemed like a big budged indie movie.

Don't know what to think of Only God Forgives, it captured the feeling of silence from Drive, but the OST wasn't as catching, nor could I feel empathy for the main character. The captain sang once or twice too often. :P

Europa Report was a sciency as I expected. Was a bit sleepy to the end, so that may have worked towards the mystery about space.

Will watch the remaining 2/3 of Turks Fruit later, a bit much sex, but damn if I wasn't envious of Rutger Hauer's approach and confidence.

Well, in his home country for the most part. Apparently, he cut one and a half minutes and gave it to the Korean Board for a retrial but who knows, Korea was never a pillar of success for Kim´s movies and he himself said many times that releasing his movies internationally is more important than in SK, so i would not be surprised if he gives up at one point.

Moebius portrays the destruction of a family as its members give into incestuous sexual desires. The film, much like the director's 3-Iron (2004), proceeds without dialog, and each scene is important, says the director.

“The plotline or expression of the scene might appear obscure, depending on the comprehension level of each audience member. But it is my hope that mature adult viewers would be able to discern the nuance and understand my intentions,” he said.

He also mentioned that he did cut so much to give the cast and crew their "share of the film" from korean movie theaters, as one of his other movies was ripped and released online due to a italien broadcaster. 3-Iron was pretty good, and an international release will probably be less censored too, just have to remember the movie since it clearly will get nearly no promotion.

It´s a pity that Kim is such a misunderstood filmmaker in Korea. I mean his remarks in the public and the media does not really help his image, especially insulting the Korean movie industry and, even worse, the audience, but his movies are far from what critics accuse them to be, namely misogynistic or like one of the critics said "an act of sexual terrorism on women". He is a true artist and his movies are so rich on symbolism, metaphors and unique expressions that it´s a waste to judge them superficially and prematurely before giving yourself over to them and interpret them properly.

In the post credits scene there's a teaser for the next X-Men movie, Days of Future Past. Magneto and Prof. X talked with Logan at the airport. Their individual entrance was awesome... That post credits scene was like better than the whole THE WOLVERINE movie

If anyone has trouble sleeping... I recommend Oblivion! That shit will make you sleep like a baby. What a dreadfully slow movie.

13 assassins is one of the best samurai movies in my opinion.

I think samurai movies should stay away from fantasy... it just tarnishes the authenticity of the film. I think if they made an onimusha film then it would be okay but yah I'm not even going to attempt to watch a movie where keanu is an effin samurai...like seriously... no.
