I watched The Departed yesterday. Though it was a remake from Internal Affairs 1-3 (starring Andy Lau, Tony Leung), it was a good movie. I totally like the ending.
Leonardo DiCaprio dies, Mark Wahlberg lives.

A friend of mine works for the movie distributor company. he gave me a sneak-peek preview of the upcoming James Bond movie this morning at 7pm in his office.
Sorry, no spoiler this time. Guess you'll just have to see it for yourself.
If you're DemonDays, this is the second time you try to spoil yourself. i bet you're glad i didn't spoil anything, right? :D

Lucky you. All I get is the theaterical preview of Casino Royale. I wanna see this movie, so I can compare it with the previous series.

has anyone seen the movie American Beauty?

I just liked the story with all the weirdness and some twists involved.

Just been to see JackAss 2.
It's still hilarious and painful to watch but I dont think it's as good as the first one.
But there are still some classic (yet disgusting) moments.

X-Men 3 wasn't as good as the first two X-Men movies imo now that I've got a chance to watch it again. I initially had mixed feelings about it when I saw it, liked parts of it, hated others, but there were some things I wished they hadn't done and that really ruined the movie for me.

Eragon looks good, but I'm not sure about the dragon designs - they look a bit too flat-nosed. But I'll definitely see it, but I'm not expecting it to be as good as the LoTR movies. (I'm a little disappointed that more fantasy-themed movie didn't come out since the last LoTR movie, though.)

The movie I'm most looking forward to right now is Spider-Man 3, after seeing the trailer for it. I can tell Sandman is already going to be visually awesome.

I'm planning to get Superman Returns this week - I really liked that movie.

Yesterday, I watched SCARFACE for the fist time (I wanted to watch it because I bought the game last week) and it's a really cool movie.
It's not that violent (I imagened worst) and funny sometimes...
But, saying f*** all the f***in' time is funny in the biggining, boring in the end.
But that I really didn't like was... THEY KILL MONTANA!!
I mean, whatha f***!!! He didn't deserve a dead that stupid. But watching Al Pacino saying:
"SAY HELLO TO MY LITLE FRIEND!!" was very cool. His acting in that movie is unbeliaveble.
It's a bit old (1983), and goes to slow (it's a 2hours 40minutes movie!) but a really great movie. A Classic!
My rate: 9/10

This week I watched Casino Royale with the new Bond and he did a pretty good job and the movie itself was nice. Hopefully when I'm not busy I am looking to go watch Deja Vu with Denzel Washington, Happy Feet with a nice voice cast, and Stranger Than Fiction with Will Ferrell.

FHT Fansubber : Nice I love Scarface myself too watched it like a few years ago and still rewatch sometimes. I also liked Al Pacino in The Godfather, Dog Day Afternoon, Donnie Brasco, Carlito's Way, Scent of A Woman and some others his one of my fav actors along with Robert De Niro. :smile-big

Oh.. yes.. Casino Royale is good. But I don't have the time yet to watch Deja Vu.
I'm a fan of Denzel Washington. I hope in Deja Vu, he'll be better than Man of Fire.

When my friend saw the trailer for Deja Vu she said it looks good and she usually hates big serious action films like that...so there must be something special about it.
Well it does have Denzel Washignton and bombs in it I suppose, always an added bonus.
