"pretty cool" 9.5? o.O People I've talked to says it's a pretty entertaining movie until the last scene makes it crap... Meh, I guess I'll see it anyway. How were the actors performances? I mean, Morgan Freeman has almost never done a bad role but I can't recall seeing this McAvoy dude ever.

The actors are fine. But seriously, you don't think about the acting, LOL. it's pure entertainment. Nothing too serious, nothing too gruesome, or too whatever. I just enjoyed it. I mean, you don't need your brain for this one.

Oh it's one of those movies. I should have known.. Any idea of when the release is? Cause it's not out over here yet at least.

Didn't know Jolie was in it though. That's a major plus.

after dark knight the next movie i'm watching out is of course, as a fan, HP. trailer looks astounding, i always thought the sixth book would be the hardest one to adapt but so far they made a great job

Can't say I'm a HP fan but I read all the books except the last one, and saw all the movies except the latest one. I've gotta say, the only reason I kept watching the HP movies is to annoy the others watching with "funny" commentaries. The books were okay, but I never liked Harry's character in the movies. Still, I'm pretty sure I'll see it, sometime, somewhere. x)

I somehow got around to see the ABBA movie the other day. I didn't like it. But then again, I'm no fan of musicals at all. If a movie of that genre really amuses me, it has to have an interesting plot. Which this didn't.

McAvoy? He's in the first Chronicles of Narnia as the faun, Mr. Tumnus. I think he's in the movie The Last King of Scotland too, playing as a doctor or something, never seen the movie before.

As much as I wanted to watch Wanted , I'm still prioritizing Taken, the new Liam Neeson movie. It's been a hype, so I've got the strong urge to see this, seen the trailer before and it looked very nice.

i agree Titanic was a good movie but doesnt come close to Batman... next movie for me is Step Bros

The Mummy: Curse of the Dragon Emperor- A far cry compared to it's predecessors, but none the less entertaining. 6/10

You Don't Mess With The Zohan- Everything you expect of an Adam Sandler movie, with a hint of Fizzy Bubbleckh! Not as good as "I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry" though. 8.5/10

I have to disagree with you on that rating, I give it a 7.5/10. True that it's entertaining, but like you said, his previous movies like Chuck and Larry or Anger Management were better than this one.
It still has its funny moments though.

Adam Sandler was never a great actor and these movies never deserved more than a 6 imo. The Wedding Singer is the only exception.

Well, what? Sure his movies are a bit funny but not more than that. If I should rank them by entertainment factor only, they'd all probably get a 6 (wedding singer still a 7 though) but I won't stretch any longer than that. What can I say, I prefer well made movies over "pretty entertaining" ones.

wedding singer must be the only one of his movies that i didn't really like lol

how about Reign over me which wasnt his usual stuff and something different and in my opinion better that should get the 7 which you gave to wedding singer

Haven't seen that one.. I probably will now though, since you say it's different. That's what I didn't like about his movies, they're all so similar because he always plays Adam Sandler, never an actual character. To me, it's the same guy in every movie which annoys me. But yeah, I'll check that one out.

Yeah you better check out Reign Over me that was a good movie,it wasnt your typical Adam,after you watch it,your opinion will definantly change.

Well saw Transformers for the third time,man I realy love that movie,the special fx's were cool,it probably was a pain in the ass creatin all those autobots and decepticons and the way they transformed,but for me the one who never made a cheesy scene in the movie was Shia,man hes a good actor realy,Im not even hating on the guy,realy amazing actor,I hope his hand recovers cause so much talent cant go to waste and now they have to rewrite the story somehow,but I just hope his left hand heals,cause I love the way this guy acts,I mostly enjoyed the movie cause of him,also liked Megan Fox in it,other actors were cheesy and some were only at some points and Optimus was a bit cheesy at some times,Tyrese was not,good that the guy gets better,cause hes gonna be Luke Cage,the marvel hero if you knbow him,so Ill rate the movie at 9/10 and as imdb says its defianntly not a kids movie.
