She had her arms around his neck and then he was shown pushing her away. Not sure if you read that part in the manga but the anime added a scene in between it to make it clear they didn't kiss. However, Mashima said it was ambiguous.

At least your more positive about that scene, I've seen many NatLu shippers being paranoid over it. Its rather confusing to me, I mean he called them including Lucy friends right? Than punched her like nothing LOL.

I took the Lucy clone acted more out of character from the real Lucy as Natsu wishing she would let him touch her

Compared to the other snowgirl, Lucy is the only one who says things that the real Lucy won't dare to say to Natsu. The real erza already told natsu to bathe with her as when they were little. Lisanna already told natsu their childhood memories the same for wendy. Since lucy de neige is the only one who said something to natsu without seeing the real one tell her. You could say that natsu would like Lucy to tell her that. Following hakune's line about men unable to refuse the one he loves, natsu hits lucy first as if he were indicating that he was refusing the advances of the girl he loves. He could have burned all the girls on the first try but preferred to hit lucy first. So I guess natsu shows her feelings in lucy verse indirectly. But I could be wrong.
