Walking Dead season 6 episode 2 was really great!

Reading the comics can help with the "starting to lose me" part.

Not sure what you mean about the losing part. So you're saying reading the comics would help or hurt? Because honestly, I've heard the opposite with how much they've changed the story.

That's not what I'm complaining about though. There's just huge logic problems with the first two episodes. But more than that, the Morgan character is supremely annoying to me. Where he is right now as a character is nearly nonsensical IMO. Yeah, I get he went through shit, everyone did....yes, I get he became unhinged, many did, including Rick. I get he's supposed to be a foil to how Shane-like Rick has become. It was a bit different for him since he was on his own for so long, but this current zen-like, pacifist Morgan.... it makes no sense and has no place in the world TWD created. If he was anyone else he would have never found Rick.

And this is coming from someone who was actually intrigued by the reintroduction of the character last season. I thought it was nice to have the very first person Rick met after he woke up stay with the story in some way. The episode "Clear" with him back in Season 3 was fantastic. I even liked the whole lone-wolf persona he appeared to have last season. But I'm sorry, the stick isn't working for me at all. It's awkward-looking and corny. It has to be the actor, since Michonne's choreography with the katana was always believable to me.

I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting. I think the episode wasn't necessarily bad, but the direction they're going with Morgan bothers me for some reason...

Trailer for Jessica Jones looks good, has a similar tone to Daredevil so I'm hoping it carries on the same intensity and similar themes.

When I see how Rodriguez raped From Dusk Till Dawn in this shitty TV-show, I think Ash could have turned out a lot worse.

Finally finished watching all of Jessica Jones. And I'll be honest, I was not optimistic about any of Marvel/Netflix shows but starting with Daredevil, they definitely have created something special. I didn't think they'd be able to repeat the same thing again but one thing they have done is given us an awesome villain (Killgrave, portrayed so brilliantly by David Tenant), much like we had with Fisk in Daredevil.

Anyone else seen it?

It bums me out that more people don't watch this show, seems like the first season was pretty hit or miss with people. My brother and his gf used to watch it and I keep going on and on about the second season, but to no avail.

Looks like the finale is going to be 75 minutes, hopefully it isn't a series finale...
