Fighting both of his brothers could very well happen. Somehow I think a scenario like this will happen : Estarossa is gonna fight Meliodas and beat him, then capture Elsabeth. Then Meliodas will turn Zeldris in a good guy and both will fight their bigger bro.
I don't see the scenario "beating each group of commandements one by one" happening. But at the same time I also doubt Meliodas and co will fight Zeldris and Estarossa simultaneously
Meliodas will solo Zeldris, that much is for sure.

Estarossa is a wild card, though I honestly don't see Meliodas fighting him solo. Whether it's Meliodas and zeldris vs estarossa, the 7 deadly sins vs estarossa, or Escanor vs estarossa , I just don't see Meliodas relationship to estarossa being significant enough for the story to warrant a solo fight for Meliodas against estarossa as so far they don't really seem to care about one another.

Oh yeah, assuming Estarossa, commandment, that fucked that bird, is some sort of anti-physical touch commandment, then only powers and ranged attacks will do anything against him, without having the guy he´s facing explode or something.:teehee

That was his own power, not his decree.

The bird very clearly annoyed him, and then he killed it. The decree's are clearly passive, as the decree's affect themselves if they violate them, and presumably each other as well.

I know this discussion hasn't really been speaking about the rankings for the Ten Commandments as of late but I couldn't help but notice nobody has brought this panel up... (From what I've noticed anyway...) I just found it a bit weird as to why they are in that order... Just what I think - but maybe that's the strength ranking??

Free from what? He's trapped right now.

Huh, Zeldris is quite low on this pic.

Yeah, that's what is weird about this picture - he gives off a leader vibe (another trait he shares with his brother - Meliodas). If Estarossa's commandment was 'Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy' maybe it's the 'seventh day' which is why Zeldris has taken charge of the group - though if the ranking there is right it would be strange considering he is #7.

I doubt it'd be anything that simple. That would mean Galan is 4th and Zeldris 7. Mel completely thrashed Galan in 5 seconds and he hasn't even fully recovered his power. It may be some sort of reference to their decree (assuming it's not entirely random) but I doubt it's power ranking.

This might be a reach but is it possible that Meliodas is not revealing any kind of important info about demons yet because one of the Commandments(powers) could be preventing him to do so?

Also 'Thou shalt not steal' - I think Ban will face the Commandment with this power at least once, really curious what would happen after using Snatch

Maybe, simply put all stolen stuff from that commandment will return to his user shortly?

^^ Well that would be too simple. Galan's decree is 'thou shalt not lie' and if you die, you turn to stone. So stealing stuff would probably have some other repercussion instead of just returning the stolen stuff

Maybe have some sort of bónus fee payed for the steal? (like Ban tries to use snatch on the commandment´s 500 Strength and ends up getting 1000 of his own stolen to the said commandment instead?)

Or maybe the commandment could fuck the stealers hands? I think in Shaaria law it´s said that a thief loses a hand as punishment for steal so maybe something fucked up could happen to the hands of the said stealer (like they vanish forever, get blown off, get their nerves sealed, or something else,)

Okay, total newcomer here, got a little theory for you.
I couldn't find any ''short'' (read: described in one word) descriptions of the Ten Commandments anywhere, so I tried to shorten them to the following Ten Commandments titles:

I: ??? the Absolute (worship only one god)
II: Merascylla of Faith (respect god's image)
III: ??? of the Name (respect god's name)
IV: ??? of the Ritual (show your respect by taking place in god's religious ceremonies)
V: ??? of Obedience (respect your parents)
VI: ??? of Peace (do not kill)
VII: ??? of Chastity (don't give in to or act out of perversion)
VIII: ??? of Purity (don't steal or harbor similar ill intentions)
IX: Galan of Truth (don't tell lies or hide the truth)
X: ??? of Continence (don't desire that which others have)

I may have made a couple mistakes with the above, but bear with me on the following: the tenth Commandment, Continence, is essentially the duty to control one's greed. Now take a look at the four-armed, hooded giant from the Ten Commandments; he's blindfolded with that rag. Perhaps, because one can not desire what he can not see? And if you ask me, those four arms symbolize greed; two arms are not enough for a man who wants everything.

In addition, I feel either Derriere is the Commandment of Chastity, in an ironic sense (speaking out the ass); or the girl wrapped in tentacles is in fact the Commandment of Chastity, as she seems to be naked underneath those tentacles, which conceal her and keep her chaste; not to mention the direction most people's thoughts head in when we see a combination of a naked girl and tentacles. Like it or not, you know what I mean.

With Escanor's appearance and Meliodas getting his powers back I think the Commandments will have to get ST-tier weapons after all, Galan himself who is a physical fighter and has a spear, was amazed by Rhitta.

Most of them are unarmed and in NNT carrying a weapon makes a big difference, especially Sacred Treasures. Meliodas didn't have Lostvayne back then so, if you think about it, he should be much stronger now. If he clashed evenly with his brother before it must mean that Zeldris's word is not comparable to Lostvayne.

One of the duo went to Liones IIRC so maybe they'll try to find that mysterious blacksmith.

What do you mean by ST-tier? If you mean weapons with extra abilities, I don't really think the commandments need them. Demons have their commandments after all. If you mean weapons that can fully draw their power, I think they already have that. Weapons that can draw the full power of beings in this manga are not rare after all, even guila and jericho had those.

I guess it ultimately depends on whether the ones we have seen without weapons actually need weapons. Perhaps there are scenarios where fighters don't need weapons to show their full power. Look at matrona, she doesn't seem to need any. Maybe whether they need weapons or not depends on their fighting style...

But Guila and Jericho are Liones HKs, the Sins got them from Bartra too, it implies that he's the one who knows that blacksmith so it's not surprising to see Liones knights with such weapons. I doubt Galan's spear is comparable to a ST because of his reaction to Rhitta, and Meliodas didn't have such a weapon before. Demons were probably strong enough to not care about this(the fire user guy said Meliodas didn't use a sword because he was too strong), or there was no such blacksmith, King was so feared before and it was without Chastiefol. Even Merlin who is a pure Mage has Aldan has a weapon, it'd be kinda lame for the Sins to rival them and use their STs at their fullest potential if the Commandments don't have comparable weapons.

Galan merely pointed out the ax must have been made by a master craftman however that alone does not suggest such weapons are not available to commandments. We also have no reason to think it is one blacksmith that makes weapons. There are two distincts issue to consider here: First is the amount of power weapons can draw. And then the inherent abilities weapons have. The sacred treasures are not in the least special because of the amount of power they can draw. Such weapons at least up to this point seem common. What makes sacred treasures special seems to be their special abilities. Demons were inherently magical beings, I doubt they have issues getting weapons that fully draw their power if they need them. If anything good quality weapons are probably a must for them to begin with. Mel made the point that liz' sword got quite rough up merely during the fight against liones. The weapon wouldn't last two seconds in the hands of a commandments or in a fight of the scale they are cp

As for meliodas, you have to remember at the time meliodas had his actual full power. Which means the difference between him and the GHK fighters around is more than the difference between mel's power at the start of the manga and the weakest HK (32000 vs 2000/3000 more or less and 3370 vs 300). If danafor was comparable to liones this probably means that a blindfolded, drunk and tied down mel would have been overkill against the entire armies danafor had. I mean, hendricksen at 5500 seemed to be overkill against the kingdom's HKs and the sins, each of whom clocked at at least 3000 pl. Also worth noting, mel was shown with a sword apparently right after obliterating the kingdom. At least he has one in the images of him standing next to the crater.

I don't know if this is a stupid question. We have seen that commandments affect anyone who meets certain criteria, demons don't have control who gets affected and also commandments can be activated even if demons magic stat is depleted. I have wondered about Fraudrin's commandment while he was watching outside world from Dreyfus all these years, should his commandment affect people around him or not in that state? Obviously it didn't because Meliodas would become suspisious the moment it would.

But now that he is in control I guess his commandment can be activated just like the ones from other demons?

It depends on what it is. If his commandment was like merascylla or galans he would have invariably left a whole lot of petrified bodies or burnt eyes in his wake. So odds are his commandment does not work in such a way that it was be triggered like that. Maybe he has to start it to make people fall for it. Or maybe it has to do with what he did to take over hendrickson and dreyfus...
