If I were to rank the Commandments (former and current) it would go:

Estarossa

-----Gap------

Melodias
Zeldris

-----Gap-----

Merascylla
Gowther

-----Gap------

Derrierie
Dolor
Gloxinia
Galan
Monspiet

------Gap-----

Fraudrin
Gray Lord

Estarossa is quite obviously the strongest (by a lot mind you). Melodias and Zeldris seem to be equals and are a cut above the rest. I put Mera and Gowther above the others because I value hax over raw power (to an extent of course, as Escanor has shown). Of course current Gowther is probably nowhere near as strong as he once was as a commandment, kinda like Melodias at the start of the arc. Then goes the average commandments who are all more or less as strong as each other (I'd put Derrierie slightly above the others in her grouping though). Then I put Fraudrin and Gray Lord at the very bottom because the former is a stand-in so I am going to assume he is not as strong as the average commandment, of course if feats show otherwise he would go up. The latter is not designed for combat, he's a support type (I anticipate Fraudrin and Gray Lord will fight together to compensate for these shortcomings).
Meliodas isn't a commandement

Do we even know for sure that Gray Lord's decree is about killing in general? What if it just affects people who try to kill demons?

Like Gallon said, Fraudrin definitely went for the kill when he attacked first Deldrey and then the group as a whole, there's no ifs here. He clearly intended to kill in that moment even though he told Denzel minutes before that the Pleiades can't kill him, Fraudrin, with Gray Lord around.

I think it's possible that Gray Lord only affects those who try to kill demons, it makes a whole ton more sense as an additional means of protection and it wouldn't prevent the demons from killing their enemies. Keep in mind that GL fought in the war, it'd be incredibly dumb to prevent your elites from fighting without holding back because they don't want to accidentally kill anyone. Not every commandment needs to he as ass backwards as Galan's, there's no room whatsoever to get around his decree after all, I doubt ALL of the curses are like that because they'd hold the group back way too much whenever they're all together.

This could also explain why the TC, despite beating Meliodas down pretty badly, don't finish him off for good and why they're so calm. They have him completely tied down, he can't flee and he can't retaliate with his stronger attacks if he doesn't want to get shit on by Gray Lord.

If his Commandment really works like that it must be related to range or something. Maybe you are affected if you kill while he's looking at/facing you. Gray Lord wasn't looking at Deldrey when Fraudrin attacked IIRC.

Graylord has faces all around his body, so he was technically looking at Deldrey with at least one of them.

Yah I like that idea, Demonspeed, but it's kinda difficult to have Gray Lord not looking at you lel

But maybe he can move his faces around on the blob? A bit awkward to tell in a manga, it might be possible that he simply moved everyone to the front and literally "looked away" when Fraudrin was being a naughty boy.

I just checked chapter 154, and literally like ten faces were looking at the Pleiades (okay, maybe like 6). lol
Oooor... he just had his eyeballs look elsewhere when Fraudrin was doing his thing, kinda like this:

It would be really awkward for Nakaba to explain such a thing, haha.

Anyway, we can't say for sure. We'll need confirmation from Nakaba's part, but it's likely that demons are not affected.
Meliodas wasn't really holding back either, so demons, traitors or not, should be immune to that specific decree.

Fraudrin explicitly said: "Why am I leaving you guys alive again? I've become too soft..."
He clearly went for the kill in front of Graylord, and his attack was sufficient to eradicate the Pleiades.
We can't say that for sure. First, Graylord's decree's area of effect has not yet been explained, and the range in which the Pleiades were guaranteed their death had it not been for Dogget's "Boost". Graylord was very close when Fraudrin initiated that attack, which would kill someone on Deldrey's level in an instant.
Fraudrin's not dumb.
Could you tell me which chapter was that?

Meh ? Fraudrin could have killed the girl if he wanted to. And it would have been the rocks to finish them off, so technically he wouldn't kill anyone

The page in which Fraudrin notes his intention (chapter 154) - here.
The page in which Dogget's "Boost" is explained (chapter 168) - here.

True there are other ways to get Mel of the way but why wouldn't the commandments want him dead?. They hate hate, he's referred to as a traitor and they've only talked about wanting him dead. The biggest threat to the commandments right now besides Esky is Meliodas and if he's sealed there is always a chance that it can be broken.
They could seal him for all we know. The seal shouldn't be easy to break I reckon, especially if we consider the fact that Merlin is still supposedly petrified and she can't use all of her power.

If that's how Gray Lords commandment works then yeah they'll have no other choice or Zeldris could just order Gray lord to leave so they can kill Mel. I can't see Zeldris wanting to keep Mel alive.

If they absolutely can't kill Mel because of Gray lord's commandment, and somehow he can't just leave, then the next best thing is to seal Mel.
And until we really figure out their intention, we shouldn't jump to conclusions especially if we consider that there's a possibility, albeit small, for him to be saved. They might want to bring him back to their side, he's far too valuable imo to just kill him. If they can turn him evil I think they should keep him alive.
I really don't get why people are so obsessed with the idea that Zel wants Mel dead. We're not even sure that Zel found out about Gelda. Anything else seems to be just related to Mel's betrayal of the demon clan which affected everyone, not just Zel. So why would he hate him more than anyone else, more than his other brother too?

I wonder how many of the Commandments were actually born demons and if that will play a part at some point. Full Demons and half demons alike.

That would be beneficial for them but how would they get Mel to turn to there side?. Demon blood can taint and change people for the worse so turning Mel fully demon could be the way. Meliodas referred to the fact that they "crossed swords" in the past and something must have happened between them.
